we just sent ds3032 by email... how long before NVC accept it? are they going to send me a confirmation via emal that they have accept it?? or if the IV fee bill available to be paid online its mean my ds3032 has been accept? how long it will take??

I remembered when my daughter got approved before my husband, I called the USCIS and asked if it was usual for the daughter to be approved first. The lady said that the approvals are usually within a week or two of each other. I suggest you call USCIS and ask if there is anything they can do to keep your wife and daughter's files together. i didnt file it together.. i file it 2 weeks after my wife.. cause i didnt know that i had to send seperate I130 for my daughter..it was my mistake... so i have to wait for my daughter to get approve

i just call them 5min ago.. i told them to send the AOS fee bill Via email

and they said yes.. they will send it 4-6 weeks?

it should be that long? or they will send it anytime soon?

should i send the DS3032 now? or wait for AOS fee bill?

yes i spoke to operator we give them our email adresses and the operator told me wait for few weeks to send further instruction on our email..

I have receive my NOA2 harcopy last friday 05-14-10 and today i receive another NOA2 harcopy same case # is it normal that i have receive twice?

When you say daughter, your question depends on the status of your daughters citizenship? Does your child have US Citizenship thru CRBA? Or is she your wife's child?
