it has been 109 days since i have filed i-130 for my daughter..

i just called NVC to ask what is up with the IV fee bill.. i spoke with the operator and she told me that she will ask the supervisor to fix the problem... and wait another 5 days

Jay - usually 'that email' is absolute notification that the DS-3032 is accepted.

Usually, when the DS-3032 is accepted, the IV fee bill shows up on the portal. Usually within 24 hours.

Suggest you do a hard refresh in yer browser (or delete all cache/cookies) and try it again.

If it still doesn't show up - call NVC, see wot's up.

on the day i receive the email from NVC the IV fee bill show ready to be paid

then the nextday im about to pay it.. its show not yet invoice

then i called them last friday and they said wait for few days...

After Choice Of Agent (DS-3032) comes AOS (I - 864) bill. Then comes IV (DS - 230) bill. For a faster process always pay the fees online. It took me 3 days in total to clear AOS & IV Bill STATUS as "PAID:.Navigate to URL below & study :
