Yayyyy thank you sooo much, it is odd how the last two days our file has been touched both the 10th and 11th May, not sure about today what with the website being down Just hoping it doesnt mean we are going to get a RFE...and that we also get our NOA2. We have just been in touch with the place we wish to marry and at the moment they still have the date availabe which we wish to have the wedding......fingers crossed for us. It will come together, it always does...looking like a promising week upto now. Thank you again

I was worry with the same thing, i have dual citizenship, i was born in Dominican Republic and nationalize spanis, so i though if maybe they dont understand, if they sent everything back because of that... and so and so... I feel you guys are going to get it between today and tomorrow, i promess ( my fingers are cross, so is a funny look, dancing naked with fingers cross, lol)...

Oh Im sure that if you show them your ticket home andhopefully it will all be ok. You wouldnt have come this far with the visa and then just fly out there and stay, that surely wouldnt make sense?? Not when you have the medical and interview to get over....ohhh I hope youll be fine and just have an awesome time celebrating getting the awful NOA waiting period over, you deserve to celebrate still having some sanity left...Ive lost the plot afew times waiting for ours...God dont you just dispise waiting lmao.

Hi - I got the same message yesterday and have had no problems until then. I didn't check the status no more than usual but did notice I couldn't access the site for several hours...I am wondering if it is just temporarily down.

I am more excited now I just called NVC and they already have my approved case and they provided me with my SDO# and the lady told me that they do "minimal" processing there and that it gets send to the Embassy very quickly. She told me to call next week to see if they have send it already, it's really moving wohoooooo

I just received a text message to check the USCIS web site at 9pm ...... Approved: NOA 2 !!! :dance: :dance:

Got the RFE in today! And yes, we missed A SIMPLE YES OR NO QUESTION. Whether or not I've been convicted of a crime/military cirme/etc. I don't know why I must have missed something so stupid, or that I didn't catch it when I looked over the packet a thousand times, but I'm SO GLAD it was just something dumb on my half. :) I'm sending the response today while it's still early via UPS so it will be in Vermont by MONDAY. I feel so relieved. My fiance is ecstatic, too. I'm feeling a little bashful but oh well. Is that an approval I smell on the way?

I am really happy it was just a simple thing... hopefully everything after this, goes more easy.

No, I will not trade my job with anyone. I get to spend 3 months a year in Ukraine, I hunt, fish, and get to drink beer with my customers on the company credit card. I'll keep it for now. I will let you know if I decide to give it up. LOL. I do actually work some.

I am pretty sure mine was closed all the way- I remember because I was trying to take a glimpse inside and there was no way to see anything. What makes you so sure that they all have that?

On another note: I had my envelope in my carry-on bag and nobody even asked me for it when I checked in or went through security nor when I boarded. I only took it out at my POE and once someone saw me with it, I got taken out of the line to get processed.

I guess based on my visa they would have known about me having an envelope but yeah, It didn't even accure to me that someone would want to see it when I left my homecountry but now it seems that's common practice?!?

Oh yeah!!! they have to make sure the type of visa you have is caming with the envelope, probably, and as I see it, maybe the processed you as an European with the VWP program instead of using the K1visa... not that was bad for you, not that, just for the agent...lol... Before, the information of the pax, as passport, country of residence and all that information wasnt need it to check in, just to make sure you are legally allow to travel to the country, but now all the information of pax has to be send... I guess now, if a employee made that mistake the airline would be in some trouble...
