  4. Two questions.

How do you find out if the application has been "touched".. on the USCIS website after logging in? Where do you click?

Also, how do you see how many applications are being processed in a given month? I'm in month 4 of my I-130 waiting on my NOA2.

    Thank-you!

  5. We try and hope for the best. If not we try something else. Everyday is an opportunity to learn something new.

  10. oh cool! I hope I can do that. Thanks!

  11. So the forms from NVC will be sent to him in Nica in English, he will mail them to me in US to fill out, and I will mail back to him in Nica to sign, then he will mail back to NVC? Wow, so confusing but thank-you for your help. I hope you hear from NVC soon.

  12. Will my husband in Nica need a computer to fill out the paper work he receives? Will it be in Spanish? He doesn't use a computer or read English well so I'm a little worried he will need my help with it. What will they send him? Thanks for your help.

Oh yes you are so right. Days just drag by yet if he were here with me life would fly. Is the timeline for I-130 approval for Brazil also 5 months as it is for Nicaragua?

we are still waiting on the MOA2.. it is taking as long but it is usually about a month and a half for the interview. but the nvc process is taking a long time now.

Yes I see that it is. I was hoping five months for the application and less than a month for the interview but maybe more like two months for the interview? Are you planning on traveling to Brazil to be there for the interview?

  14. Are you still waiting for NVC? It's been over a month now? Does it usually take this long between the I-130 application being accepted and the NVC sent to the consulate for setting up an interview?

  15. I have friends now!
