  1. congrats on your girl JayJay!!

i fed Molly her first rice cereal tonight, she wasnt sure at first but then kept opening her mouth for more...she liked it :) last night was her first night of sleeping through the night, she fell asleep at 8pm and didnt wake up till 5.30am...i definatly like that!

  2. @Chrissy: 26 inches or 36 inches??? You must be real busy :lol: . Glad to see that Dylan is doing fine. Sorry for the coffee on your couch :)

lol good catch Eveline...36 inches lol.........and the couch, how awesome is that at 9am....grrr lol

  3. thanks twila for the response, i have major cramping today, i think my period is about to decsend.

dylan had an appointment yesterday, bless his heart he only weighs 29lbs, hes a skinny boy, but 26 inchs...tall boy :)

we got molly weighed too at 3 and a half months she weighs 14lbs 6oz wow and is 23 1/2 inchs long.....wow my babies are growing sooo fast

  4. sorry if this is TMI, but i had my tubes tied when i had my c-section and i was told my periods would be off for a while, i had like a day of dark brown spotting a couple of weeks ago, first sign of bleeding since i had molly, since then noting, anyone know if this is normal with having a tubal?

  5. caybee, i had an emergency c-section with my son who is now 2 and a scheduled c-section with Molly....above and beyond the recovery was 100 times better with the scheduled. it was more relaxed, i wasnt doped to the eyeballs and was very aware of myself and didnt feel out of it. i saw Molly while i was in recovery, maybe 10 minutes after i had her, they brought her in to me. i saw family and friends and felt good, my pain levels to be honest were not too bad while recovering but everyone is different, if you have your mom there as i did for a couple of weeks it helps alot. best of luck :)

  6. I need prayers for my sister. She's at the hospital being induced right now. They had a hard time detecting fetal heartbeat this morning and it is very low. She can't have an epidural because of the heparin shots, and therefore they don't want to do a c-section. They are trying to deliver the baby naturally right now. weight was estimated at 4500g. In case the baby dies/or gets worse they are going to do general anesthesia and do a emergency c-section. She is devastated and scared to death, the way they explained it and had her sign the consent forms for the worst case scenario. I hope all goes well..... :( I so wish I was there right now....

my thoughts and prayers are with your sister

  7. @Chrissy: omg she is such a cutie. And you couldn't have chosen a better name for her with her big eyes. she is so adorable!

@Missbollinger: glad to hear you had a good flight, enjoy your trip! we will be heading to Germany in less than 2 weeks!!

I agree, grandmas are there for spoiling, and I am fine with it, I just want to know what she is giving my kid before she does it. I don't want him to not ever have candy/ice cream/coke but he should be a little older then 1. He doesn't know what it is right now, to him carrots and broccoli taste like a treat.

so, Ben has been going pee-pee on his potty twice today! He's been announcing it for a few weeks, whenever he has to go, so we figured to give it a try, and he kind of does it on command, every time we remove his diaper. He even went poo 2 days ago. I really really hope that it's going to be easy to pottytrain him.

omg i wish i could get Dylan to go potty! hes so stubborn and will not do it, i dont want to push the issue as i know every child is different, but i am most jealous! lol

  8. Welcome Merk...happy pregnancy, congratulations

@Chrissy: OMG...she is MINI YOU...and I am totally jealous that she has those long lashes. Molly is the cutest thing ever...so cute and such big eyes. Job well done Chrissy :)

thankyou Eveline....we are smitten :) and yep, we have random strangers say how much she looks like me so i guess so! lol

  9. well i'm an aunt my sister in law gave birth to a son in the early hours...his name is Aizik and he weighs in at 8lbs 4oz and 20 inchs....cant wait to see him!!

  10. Oh wow....I feel bad now. I hardly ever read to Adam because he just won't sit still. He likes to look at books and knows a lot of animals but colors, shapes or ABCs....he couldn't care less about it. There's only one book we read and it's been the same since april, he doesn't want us to read any other book. It's "Dinosaur's Binkit"....he can't get enough of it.

I guess I'll have to schedule in some 'learning time' every day. I know they learn the stuff whenever they are ready but I'm afraid if i don't sit Adam down and strap him to a chair, he'll never be ready.

ahh eveline, he'll be fine all at his own pace...i just started singing abc's to dylan one day and he picked it up ever since....he likes to repeat it over and over and over lol

  11. Ben was waking up in 45 minute intervals last night..... But I see 3 teeth coming in. It just takes forever.

@Evi: yay for Canada! Is your MIL taking the kids?

Dylan is 28 months and the final tooth came through a while ago but the pressure of it pushing down is still driving him nuts...so we are still not done

  12. well Molly had her 2 month shots today...she did really well....plus her weight is 12lbs 9oz in the 90 percentile and her length is 23 inchs!! awesome.....everythings good with my little girl

  13. well ladies i had my doc appointment today, he prescribed me zoloft, i go back to see him in three weeks to see how i'm doing, its mild but there, my anxiety is pretty high i guess...hopefully i start to feel more like me :)
