  1. Picked up Medical results today,...girl said PASS!!! Last step: Interview!

  2. Medical was a breeze, how about for your wife? I didn't get a chance to meet her, I only really saw 10 min total of the waiting room...so not much down time.

  3. Medical is done, pick up on Thursday.

  4. Just nervous in general. I know it seems pretty straight forward, but still seems pretty serious. Needles don't really bother me, maybe I'm more nervous to be poked and proded by some unknown doctor...or worried I don't have everything (even though I went through my papers like 10 times) lol

  5. Is your wife all prepared for the medical tomorrow? I'm kinda nervous.

  6. I saw John's post...Congratulations! What's your next step? NVC bs?

  7. St. Catharines, its 3 min from my apartment. :-)

  8. never mind...now it doesnt show it...weird. I think little things like this stress us out TOO much. I'm going to have nerves of steel once this Immigration process if over with. LOL

  9. And that was really fast...ours was 2 months after our SIF.

  10. I chose scheduled by NVC but it keeps saying on my account page "next appoint May 12th" how do I get rid of that?

  11. Right. One door open and another slams right in your face! I`m hoping to move the weekend of March 19th, but I guess it`s all depending on when my passport is returned to me.

  12. Question: Doing the DHL sign up now..did you click on permanently immigrate to US (scheduled by NVC) or permanently immigrate to US (register for courier service only)?

  13. 2 weeks til Medical in Toronto.

  14. How long as it been backed up? I have yet to sign up for that, doing it tomorrow as we are getting snowed in pretty bad.

  15. Love Chicago! We have been there a couple of times..great city. It's about a 10 hour drive from Buffalo. At least you don't have to go far for your interview! I'm not too sure on how the scheduling is done. Check in the Montreal Timeline forum, there are some pretty knowledgeable Canadians in there, that might be about to help you out with that.

  16. Congrats on your case completion! Feels great eh? I will be moving to Buffalo, NY, which is only 30 minutes from where I live in Ontario now...but it'll be nice to finally be with my husband for life. How about you?

  17. So thankful Montreal has sped up...with the rate things were going, we were convinced my interview would not be til May or June.

  18. Well, good luck. I wish her a speddy interview. Maybe we'll get a chance to talk about it at the Medical.

  19. I'm sure it will be fine...I wonder if they will even ask about it.

  20. That must be tough. Sometimes you catch a guard on a bad day and they can screw everything up and make life more stressful. My husband's former roommate is doing the K-1 with his Canadian finacee. She had the same problem. I think she won't cross til her POE either....

  21. Denial into the US? I didn't know that happened. They can't deny you a Visa if you have been turned away at the border...

  22. My husband is in computers as well.

My mind has been swimming with thoughts of interview and moving lately, I really hope the next 2 months fly by.

  23. I'm a therapist for children with Autism (self-employed) so I plan on continuing to work in Niagara while living in Buffalo...at least for a year. Yourself?
