I live in an apartment but will be giving my notice Feb 1. I think we are going to go to Customs sometime soon to ask about POE and such, especially with bringing a UHaul and how NOT to pay duty on the car I just bought a month ago.

My husband's former roommate was from Cliffside Park and 2 of our good friends are from Kearny area. We went there for their wedding 2 years ago.

I will be moving as soon as my passport is returned to me...or shortly thereafter. I'll start packing things a couple of weeks before my interview to get ready. Is your wife moving shortly after the interiew too?

Medical is Feb 15th...2 year anniversary of our engagement.

Feb 15th is my Medical...doors open at 6:30am, have to be there between 7-8. 6:30?! I'm going to have to leave my house by like 5am in order to fight traffic.

Me too, but I bet that phone rings all day. I have to get a flu shot before my medical as I just read the update on the Physicians website. I am SO against flu shots...but it has to be done.

I thought the same thing about the interview...wouldn't that be great?! I was feeling pessimistic in December, thinking we might not get an interview til May or June with how the backlog was. But seeing these upcoming interviews, makes me feel really good about it.... its soon!

Got a SIF today! Called NVC said we are in final review....maybe its your lucky day too!

Waiting for our case to be completed....it's been way too long since this NVC process started.

Still waiting for our case to be completed. They received our second checklist response on the 15th...so hopefully not too long now. How bout you?

Ridiculous. We were that we shouldn't have done the DS-260 because we didn't opt in for EP. Even though we were sent to the DS-260 sign in page. Unreal. Maybe its a Canadian bias, everyone else has been through the NVC process already.

Took less time for me to get another Police Clearance done than it would be for someone at NVC to look for the first one I gave. Package delivered today, hopefully this will be the end of it.

I just feel so helpless. They have everything else, but managed to lose one piece out of the whole thing. It will take 3 weeks for me to get another police clearance if the supervisor can't do anything. It seems everyone else got through so easily and here we are fighting over stupid missing documents that THEY lost. Glad you got it cleared up, hopefully this RFE doesn't take as long a...

Beyond frustrated! My DS-230 was received but we got a 2nd RFE because apparently my police clearance wasn't in the package. Total BS! Consdiering that they have all my other vital documents, which were included with the police clearance, how do you manage to lose this?!
