    I-129 Papers are ready to send first thing in the morning. We are so excited.

      I sent the papers first thing this morning when the post office opened. They will arrive in Dallas tomorrow by noon time. It is hard to explain how I feel. We have waited so long for the process to start. Now my dear knows our time together is coming soon.

      We feel the same way. It was a bit harder for us, we've been together since 2007 when he was just a permanent resident, he had his naturalization process that ended in August 2010. So... We've been waiting for 3 years to finally move together. It's a wonderful feeling! Good luck!!! May we have a beautiful Christmas with our loved ones!

    Well, I thought I would be sending in the packet, but instead, I'm still waiting for the courts to file my divorce decree. It should have been only a week to wait, but now it's been over a month. I am so frustrated. No one will answer my calls or return my messages to tell me why. I am so tired of waiting with no answers.

      It seems you guys will have a very similar timeline. If you send your package tomorrow via USPS, then we're both on the same boat. :)

    I will be sending my I-129F packet in the mail withing the next week. I can't wait. Hopefully only six months after that we can be together. I am also visiting the Philippines again in November. This time for vacation and not work. We are very excited.

      There are still court dates to come, two of them. However, the divorce is final with a decree signed by the judge. I can file I-129F when I get a copy to send in with the packet.

      WOW!! THAT'S GOOD!!, FINALLY, CONGRATZ!!! SAME HERE.. ALL DOCS. WERE SENT TO HONEY JUST THAT HONEY IS IN THE FIELD SO WHEN HE GOT BACK FR. THE FIELD HE CAN WORK OUT ON OUR PAPERS...:)

    im sad waiting for my dear to his divorce to be over with.,sometimes i feel being frustrated i been waiting for him for 2 years this coming august, but i think i need to wait for another year or so?i dont know?i be go back this coming oct. to phil,im very sure that i will be sad waiting for him there, even i have my daugther there to spend her my time,, but i know i will be bored,,i dont know what is my plan when i come back?i hope im not waiting for him for so long..makes me so really sad...

      u go to church and pray and offer a candle that's what i did every wk. and go to novena and offer candle every wednesday...

    Thanks Carl and Beth. We are just now starting the K-1 process by gathering information on what we'll need. I plan to visit Cynthia again in March, and then I'll file the I-129F. I hope all is well with you. Ingat.
