  1. I think they suspect smth and spying after me when I go with my hubby for groceries or to the park.

LOL.. Yeah cause we know what a CRIMINAL YOU ARE.. all that nice talking and helping doesn't fool us!.. Love you girl! Chin up. I wish there was something that could be done. *BUG HUGS*

LOL.. My friend Mel just asked me what will I do if I get the same IO at the interview I had last year with the idiot... OMG.. Doubt she will remember me... man oh man....

  2. Approved!!! I will write more details later. I am doing this from my iPod! We are at a restaurant celebrating!

CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYONE IS DOING SO GREAT!

Sensil.. You are so right. Alhamdulillah for everything. I'll make Du'a for you, sorry your having some ####### on top of this! I am only a phone call away. PM me, I am here for you. Hell, I am here for anyone if they need to vent. I would have never got through this alone. Awesome support here. Alla.. saved my butt 100 times!! xoxo

  3. One would hope that doing biometrics early would give you a step ahead; on the other hand, one who did their biometrics on time (like us, we were denied early biometrics) would hope that after their scheduled appointment, things would go quickly. However, neither is a guarantee. I think that while we are all happy for eachother, jealousy is a normal emotion. I also think that trying to find reasons why one case might differ from another, or a reason for letters to be "late" is a dangerous path to follow. I look at my husband's case; we have had no RFE's... we did everything by the book... no expired visa or anything, and we still have no movement. People who filed after us AND had RFEs are getting more action. And yeah, I think it is natural to be frustrated. On the other hand, think about Alla, she filed at the beginning of the month and she has no letter. THAT'S got to be a much worse feeling. Although I struggle to follow my own advice, I think we should be patient and trust that things are moving normally, and that it will be over soon.

And I really hope for Alla's sake that her case doesn't become the one by which we make ourselves feel better about our own. Here's to you getting your letter before us Alla!

CAN'T AGREE MORE... Alla I am praying for you. Did you make an Info Pass?? I can't imagine what is holding it up. The Bio was so long ago even with the EAD :(

Harpa Timsah- we had our bio the same day so hopefully your letter is on it's way

Thanks everyone for the nice words. I just want it over. I don't think my interview will be as smooth... I have a past with INS and not so good situation which I am sure is a red flag. It's not my fault.. but still...Either way on the 28th it will be dinner in the evening with my family as a big celebration, or me in jail for freaking out on INS..lol.. either way, my day is planned

FX for everyone, love and prayer! xoxo

  4. Hatred swings both ways, when you are born and raised to hate there is no chance of peace. Both Israel and Palestine have been this way for centuries towards each other, I doubt there will ever come a resolve.

80% of the drinking water in Gaza is unsafe for human consumption. You think a HUMAN being has to live like that?? Also not everyone in Gaza is Muslim, there are Christians and Jew Palestians... all suffering due to the actions of idiots on both sides of the fence. Also little girls in Israel paint the bombs that kill as well. BOTH ARE WRONG. No one is 100% innocent. But with statistics you are have a David and Goliath type of war. I am muslim, my religion DOES not and WILL not ever support terrorism. (Don't twist some verse from the Qu'ran that you have no knowledge of, I have been studying Theology for 13 years- Abrahamic Faiths) Just as when I was Christian we never supported the terrorism from Christian groups on others.

I would rather help people have clean water and housing and health care needs, than give it to an arrogant group of zionist who think they can rule the world at America's expense.

  5. Quick update:

Those of you who filed btw April 1 and April 15, 2010 (their are 20 of you), 50% of you have received interview letters. Sorry for those that are still waiting... I can't even find a pattern to go with, right when I think I've found one, someone throws it off.

    Here's the update!!

AWESOME! Thanks, I love looking at it. I actually don't mind the wait, glad I have a baby to keep my mind off it.

    i got the rfe yesterday

its asking for the w2 tax return paper

now hubby is in iraq deployed, n he is saying that he didnt file for it

im confused i didnt know anything bout this tax things, we got married in dec... so it ws done im guessing before me

WUT DO I DO THATS WHAT THEY R ASKING ME FOR AND HE S SAYING HE DOesNT HAVE IT

    WUT DO I DO?

I found this info to get another W2. I am assuming you mean he lost his W2 for the taxes. Or did he not file taxes and what year? Also you can call the IRS for transcripts and they can FAX them so you don't have to wait on SNAIL mail. Hope this helps.

How Can You Get a Copy of Your Husband's W-2?

If you are filing taxes jointly, you need your husband's W-2 as well as your own. The IRS will not furnish replacement W-2 forms until after Feb. 15 of each year. If you need a past year's W-2 for your husband, you may be able to get it from the IRS.

Getting a Current W-2 for Your Husband

Step 1: Ask your husband to talk to his employer about his missing W-2. He should ask his employer if there was a problem with the forms that is causing his form to be late and find out when he should expect to receive his W-2.

Step 2: If your husband does not receive his W-2 by Feb. 15, call the IRS. Tell the IRS you are filing jointly and have not received your husband's W-2.

Step 3: Provide the IRS with all necessary information to receive a substitute W-2. You will need your husband's Social Security number and place of employment. You may also need to provide the IRS with information from your husband's pay stubs.

Getting Copies of Your Husband's Past W-2 Forms

Step 1: Call the IRS or visit its website to obtain a copy of Form 4206-T (Transcript of Previous Return)

Step 2: Carefully and accurately fill out Section 1 of the form. Make sure you put the name of the first person listed on your joint return in box 1a and the name of the second person in box 2a.

Step 3: Check the boxes to request both your previous tax return and previous W-2 forms.

Step 4: Provide the IRS with the dates needed in box 9. Make sure to put all dates in MM/DD/YYYY format.

Step 5: Sign the form on your husband's behalf.

Step 6: Locate your state in the section of the form instructions marked "Where to File." Mail the form to the address associated with your state, along with a $57 processing fee.

Step 7: Wait four to six weeks to receive the copies of your return(s) and W-2 form(s).

  7. How are you feeling? Are your kids excited about baby coming?

Feeling good. Kids are crazy excited. Lilyana has already been grilling me about my eating. Mommy did you eat? Did you check your sugar? She is six and playing mommy. Jared said he wants a brother but he can't share his room unless the baby sleeps, then they can have bunk beds...lol Jared is 9. And my sweet hubby is worse than both of them put together. I need to make an appointment to just to touch my own stomach, he is already talking to it. LOL! It is nice to see him experience this for the first time, it's all new for him. The one lady at the masjid said... OH MY what did you do to her, that was fast...:whistle:

Hope this year continues to be full of GOOD news, once this part is done, I can breathe a sigh of relief. Wish INS would talk to my kids, I want them to see how important my husband is to them. Jared's grades have improved, everyone has noticed a difference in my son. He tells people I have a family now. Dear God please don't take that from them.

  8. THNK YOU THEY MADE TOO MANY MISTAKES ON MY CASE

ITS OK I WILL TKE TIME OFF AND CHILL OUT A BIT

BU ITS HARD WHEN U DONT KNOW WHATS COMING , I JUST HOPE WUTEVER IT IS I CN DELIVER ...N GT IT OVER WITH

Hey hun, you are almost done. This RFE is a pain in the @$$, yes, but you are all done but the interview. Biometrics is done. I am sure it is nothing MAJOR. You are right, these are ppl's lives. Having your happiness in someone elses hands SUCKS!

As for me I never check the site, I don't know what is coming. The only reason I checked after the Biometrics was due to the fact we did a walk-in. I was nervous about them screwing something up since we had 2 biometric letters (identical)

Just breath and enjoy the time you have with your family. You know that everything is legit and I am sure you have things in order. Anything they need though a total pain, you will gather in no time.

If you need anything let us know, we are all here for support and help.

    God's blessing with you!
