  1. 1) As I understand it, once you get married within the 90 days you don't have to file before the I-94 expires. I am worried about that, just in case we don't meet the deadline.

    2) Is the supporting evidence of ongoing relationship supposed (joint lease, bank account, photographs, etc) be sent with the package or presented at the time of the interview?

    1) There's no "AOS timeline". However, the sooner you file, the better.

    2) We didn't send in any "additional relationship evidence" when applying for AOS.

  2. I heard that the SSA won't mail your card unless your name is registered at the postal address where you live.

Incorrect! When I applied for my SSN I wasn't registered at the address where me and my hubby lived and USPS delivered my SSN without complications.

SSA will mail you card to whatever address you put on the SS-5 form.

    Correct!

  3. Who's error is it? Yours or theirs?

If it's yours, you can file for I-90 and send the check for $365 (without biometrics) $ 450 (with biometrics) or wait for ROC (if the error doesn't bother you) and file then. If it's theirs, you can file for I-90 without the check or wait for ROC (if the error doesn't bother you) and file then. You have to mail back the original GC, no copies.
