All approved I-129F go to NVC. No exceptions. NVC assigns case numbers and forwards files to appropriate consulates, embassies.

1) As I understand it, once you get married within the 90 days you don't have to file before the I-94 expires. I am worried about that, just in case we don't meet the deadline.
2) Is the supporting evidence of ongoing relationship supposed (joint lease, bank account, photographs, etc) be sent with the package or presented at the time of the interview?
1) There's no "AOS timeline". However, the sooner you file, the better.
2) We didn't send in any "additional relationship evidence" when applying for AOS.

As you have our same initials (AR and MD) I'll congratulate you, so congratulations!

The uscis does not send email or text message upon receipt of responses to RFE'S
Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. The same applies to http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis

I made a Bone Head mistake last Tuesday when sending in my Responses to the RFE! Does USCIS ALSO send text message/email upon receipt of a response to an RFE?
It's not the end of the world. Just be patient.
We only received an email from USCIS when we sent in our RFE.
-
Yes, you'll be fine. You should receive your NOA1 in a few days. Just be patient.
-
Options? Advice?
A lot of patience!
Good luck!

You need to send an original stamped/embossed marriage certificate, not a copy of one.
Incorrect! You can send a copy!

Does anyone know if NVC issue a case number once it receives an approved petition? Does this get issued by NVC or the Embassy?
Yes. By NVC.

Did he leave his suitcase behind?Maybe the OP was KIDNAPPED!
-
maybe she got kidnapped ??
Are you serious?
I don't think a kidnapper would bother packing his victim's luggage. Was this the third woman you petitioned? http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/252307-i-129f-sent-1-month-ago-fiancee-changed-her-mind/
OP (VeniyaAO), I'm sorry but I don't feel for you!

if fiance results pregnant after last visit. would the pregnancy cause her visa to be denied?
Pregnancy doesn't affect K1.
I think if you are the father of the child then there should be no problem.Pregnancy could affect K1.
-
You may want to rethink your plan of extending your family before following though with this. A child can be the greatest thing in the world, or exactly the opposite, depending on the circumstances.
Yes, I absolutely agree! It may sound harsh but it's true!

For some reason I doubt your GC is on its way. Did you file for AP and EAD too?
I'd call USCIS and take care of the RFE.
-
When filing for AOS should we send our original Marriage license?
No, you don't have to. We sent a copy. I'd never send them, anyone else, our original marriage license!
-
I heard that the SSA won't mail your card unless your name is registered at the postal address where you live.
Incorrect! When I applied for my SSN I wasn't registered at the address where me and my hubby lived and USPS delivered my SSN without complications.
SSA will mail you card to whatever address you put on the SS-5 form.Correct!
-
Congratulations on your marriage!
There's no "AOS timeline". However, you should apply for it ASAP, within 2 years, as your legal status (K1) expired.
-
Congratulations!
-
Do I need to include the green card with the mistake in the envelope?
Yes, you have to mail back the original GC, no copies.
I filed for I-90 due to an USCIS error and so I'm answering your questions from my own experience.
-
Who's error is it? Yours or theirs?
If it's yours, you can file for I-90 and send the check for $365 (without biometrics) $ 450 (with biometrics) or wait for ROC (if the error doesn't bother you) and file then. If it's theirs, you can file for I-90 without the check or wait for ROC (if the error doesn't bother you) and file then. You have to mail back the original GC, no copies.
-
Can I send it in along with my information so that they can add it to my packet, or do I have to wait for the RFE?
Yes, you can send it. I'd wait for the RFE, though.
-
That's interesting to know (and a little scary honestly).
Yes! I don't know about other filers, I was writing from my experience.
