My wife's Green Card arrived today

Things are ok I just sent the packet off on the 4th of Jan to the chi lockbox, hope everything works out, they haven't cashed the check yet :SSS kinda worried !

i hate miami international's cbp, i can't believe how rude they were to me as well as being extremely inconsiderate to everyone who is still probably waiting.... come on man.. im gonna call again at 11pm to see what the update is I won't see her now till 9am tomorrow morning.. that's a 12 hour difference !

lol what?? you mean 12:50 pm the same day she has her interview???? woaaa.. thats really fast! well I would try and get in touch with someone from Nicaragua.. the embassy in caracas is famous for taking a long time.. there was just one person interviewing for 12 inmigrant cases.. lol so it took a while..but maybe the process is faster in Nicaragua!... PLUS you have to see how far is the embassy from the international airport.. if you have to run !! lol usually for internation...

hah yeah.... BUT you should go on the Regional forum and ask! cuz even if it takes two hours you have to be around 9 or 10 am at the airport!!! to check in and go through inmigration and stuff.. I think the three hours prior boarding its standar for all airports! ALSO I dunno how far the airport is.. plus the embassy starts working at 8 they ask you to be early so you can check your appointment and stuff! and well you never know it there will be a delay or something..s...

Fiancee is on her GAME !! All that's left for us to do in PACKET 4 is the I-134 form (got the w2 and co sponsor though i doubt i need it), my Birth Certificate, and her Police Record and ITS SETUP INTERVIEW TIME !! YEAAAA

nono wait.. you are the (USC) petitioner right? they will only look at your income.. not hers.. chill out. my fiance was the petitioner And they didnt look at my income.. they just asked if I ahd a job but that was it.. so it doesn’t matter if your fiancé has or no has a job.. since you are the petitioner you are the only one who matters when it comes to income… I did K1 too.. chill out.. if you want you can send me a private message if you have any doubts!

visa packet resubmitted just replaced the I-129F and left the rest alone, should get there tomorrow!!

on saturday will get here monday, then send it again with updated form, will reach there Tuesday ARGHHH
