I-130? is a IR/CR1 visa, r u married? what country from? how long married? This process can take 5 months to over a year, we did it in 8 months, it could be sooner but my case was hard. I can see u r new here, read and learn the guide, start a new thread asking anything u want, we will try to help u as much as we can. At the end of this process, if everything goes fine, u can get your visa.

Oh! Welcome to Visa Journey. Since u r not married yet it is good u will have enough time to learn about the process, so once u start it, u will be totally prepared.

Hi, I did the CR-1 process in Spain, I am from Bolivia but I was living in Spain by then. It took us 8 months, but it would be shorter than that because I had long delays cause I didn´t have resident card there. If I were Spain citizen sure we would do it in 5 months. CR-1 is better than K3, go to GUIDES and u will learn more about it.

Lol, well maybe because he is a city boy, as I am a city girl, I knew it was gonna happen, but we have to be where our loved ones are so we decided me to move here, because Spain is not my home country, Bolivia is. My parents,brothers and sisters live there, so, It was hard, I love Madrid city life but, my love lives here and I want to be with him of course. Let me know what they say at the SSO

Hi!! We were supposed to wait 3 weeks since POE, but nothing. We went to the SS Administration and we applied for mine. The guy told me we sholdn´t wait at all, we should go as soon as I got here. So I suggest u to do the same and go there ASAP. I will get it within 1 or 2 weeks he said.

Hopefully u will get over it soon.For me now is a big adjustment. I was used to live in Madrid, where is a veeery crowded city (like NY but smaller) living in down town, buildings, bars, stores, subway metro, trains, buses, taxis, cars, Madrid never sleeps. Here in MO is totally different,too quiet for me. But I don´t mind as long as I´m with hubby

Oh your interview is soon!! Good luck girl! stressful and nervous of the previous days are soooo horrible!! But u will do it! Is great u r gonna be there, with him, supporting him in those moments. That is the best proof of relationship, and I mean it!!
