I cannot wait to finally get these forms going. We've been waiting because I've been in school for the past 2 years.. it's been a very long wait but I'm glad we are finally getting closer to being together forever.

Hi all again..

This G-325A form is really giving me a headache lol.. but I have a question when I am filling out this form. I am the US Citizen but have been using my married name for 25 years.

On the first line where it asks for "Family Name" do I put my maiden name? or the name I've been using for the last 25 years? And then when it asks for all other names used do I put my maiden name or my married name?

ARGH this is so confusing I hope someone can clarify this for me.. Thank you.

and then you just fill in first page and the rest of the pages fill out by themselves.

And i dont know why they cant just make the forms so you can save them. All they have to do is fix the rights on the documents. I believe the IRS has majority of forms which you can save. Like common forms that you use to report income. 1090, etc. you can save them and print them later.

Hi all

This is in regards to the G-325A form. I am trying to fill it on and print it out but can only type in the information on the first page and cant' put in any information on pages 2, 3 and 4. Is this a common problem? I do have the latest acrobat program.
