NBI stand for National Bureau of Investigation and_Sam. I sent my PCC but I did not include my NBI so NVC sent me an RFE. How long it will enter to the system they got it 12/03/09?

Ahh ok now I understand. So basically you need 2 PCC?? or 1 PCC and 1 NBI? Wow that is too much for me. Thank goodness my husband just needed one police report. He hasn't lived anywhere but his home town his whole life

I couldn't imagine having to get multiple police reports from all the places I lived growing up.

Hi And_Sam, NVC did not honored my 1 PCC I think they want both 1 PCC and 1 NBI. It's very frustrating to had RFE coz it takes much longer the process. I've been waiting for this over. Ever since I turned in my RFE I LIVE on the stupid website.... The AVR stated that they received my RFE checklist letter on 12/02/09..but I can still log in..

And_ Sam, Yeah it is hardly to keep waiting and waiting and waiting to be log in failed. I always do that almost everyday but since I got an RFE I stopped to logging into the website. Although I sent back the RFE to the NVC it delivered 12/03/09. So I'm hoping that sooner I have the case complete? GUyzzz is it necessary to photo copy the NBI aside from the original one? Thankz GOD BLESS and Hope our journey in NVC will not take long.

we are joining this thread too. started at the end of september. november 1 is in a couple of hours. we had an rfe for a 2nd pcc. husband is getting it on tuesday and mailing it directly to nvc from india. hopefully we will just be waiting for our interview date during november thinking it will be sometime in january but miracles do happen, so there is always a possibility for december interview

I am joining this November thread too. The whole month of November we waited for the case complete but sad thing we got RFE this November 21. I felt so sad that time when I found out we have an RFE because of PCC NVC need my NBI not the PCC so I need to send it ASAP. Now I returned the RFE to NVC its already delivered but I do not know when they will enter it to the system. I do hope sooner so our case be complete.

I got signature confirmation on the RFE returned to the NVC today at 1058!! Lets hope for a log in failed this week!!!!

Hello Guyzzz First thing I glady to greet all the Vjer's already got their interview date and also visa in hand. I also got RFE it's really frustrated. I've been waiting for the case complete then I found out I have had an RFE just because of the Police Clearance I sent. NVC need the NBI. I already sent the NBI 12/01/09. Guyz how long it takes to be completed? Any idea? GOD BLESS YOU ALL

The RFE was for an NIB Police Clerance. We sent the City one. NVC will have the original on Wednesday by fed ex. That is the only thing missing in the case, per the operator. So, the better question I guess is how long with just one missing document that we already had and which they will receive this Wednesday for the case to complete. Thanks. Eric and Myracle.

That's common as once they have received the IV Fee Payment they are then wanting to have the DS-230 in your file and since you can't send it until you have the IV Fee Bill paid and the coversheet generated their system will reflect that your file is missing the DS-230.

Hello Vjer's Anyone experienced FALSE RFE here. Please share your experienced. I am freaking out when I called the NVC that they sent mail to my hubby last Friday its NOv. 27. I am certain it is an RFE.

I waited for so long to be case complete its very frustrating right now the more I felt excitement the more the process getting slower to be done. Is it true when you FOLLOW NVC SHORTCUT you got FALSE RFE or its unusual to happen? Thank you Guyzzz I really need the answer because I'm almost giving up to this journey. I'm just wondering how most the people on here met their lovers initially...over the internet or in person? I ask because I wonder the number of couples the consulate deals with that met over the internet as oppossed to meeting in person initially. I met mine on a dating site and then we met in person. It makes me wonder at times if the consulate sees couples that meet online at first as more of a red flag than not. I don't see why they would, granted that I'd expect most of them met online.

I met my husband on dating site. At first we getting to know each other over the internet using YM then decided to get married in the PHILS. I met a lot of people who meet thier fiance and spouse over the internet and finally married live happily ever after. How romantic

I'm just curious to know if anyone here has done the St. Luke's medical examination in the Manila? If so, can you please name every single thing that the examination conducted? My fiancee is convinced it's a full body physical, but I thought maybe it's a blood test and a few other things.

Hi There! I've been to St. Lukes last Nov. 5, 2009. I did advance medical. Your fiancee is right its full body physical. In first day of medical you under go for vital signs, X-ray, urine test and Blood test, the last is physical examination. You need to take off all the clothes you wear but they allow you to wear a gown so you will not naked to face the doctor then she will check your fiancee privates anything doctor do but it takes 5mins. Then the second day you will know the result if you passed you going to immunization if you did not call for immunization mean you need to do laboratory again. Good luck to your Fiancee. God Bless

you know i go on internet today looking around studying things and looking at my videos on you tube and i found out something that is just hurting me, someone from vj looked at my videos which is fine but they took and made a hugeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee blogg on blogger.com.. made fun of my videos of me and my husband and my friends in egypt, and made fun of my laughing, and said my husband dont deserve to be called dad by my kids, said horrible horrible things about me and my family and they dont even know me, i never even met this lady or spoke one word about her or to her in all my life,and then alllllllll these people read her blogg and now all them saying hurtful and cruel things and she even took a video of mine from myspace and put it on her blogg what did i ever do to anyone to deserve this? what did i do!!!!!!!!!!!!! the whole thing makes me want to go to sleep and not even wake up for a long time,i cant smile, mykids want me to watch cartoons with them and i cant even get in the mood for it, i put the links to my videos to show ppl more about me and my husband, they even critized mybabies on this blog what do i do!
