We are waiting for the DS 3032 to be accepted and have the $400 bill still. Hubby's AOS package is almost done so we are hoping that we could send both packages on the 3rd week of December and hopefully no RFE for that damn J1 Visa!

Thankz Metro, I'm hoping to log in failed very soon. I want to be with my husband before February on his Birthday. I kept praying for this matter. I'm getting sick and tired for this waiting.

Thanks Myracle...we may have the interview before you, but I doubt it and also once the interview happens that is when we really start the waiting game. Cairo is known for giving AP/AR!!

Now you are waiting with me!! I have come to the conclusion that I want a February interview date for my husband so I can go over there for Valentine's Day!! Insha'Allah!!

Yeah And_Sam we both on the same track waiting waiting and waiting to be done. I'm hoping for January interview because I want to be with my hubby on his Birthday.

MQ and metro, More patience I know we all here on VJ wanted to be done on NVC but sometimes God has a plan for us why something happened. Like me I hated this process so bad because I am certain that we don't have RFE but I found out for few weeks that I got an RFE it takes a long the process coz of some delays like this. Almost losing all my patience but I realized it can't help and Now GOD is GOOD I am waiting for log in failed. Thank GOD. Don't lose hope and patience MQ and metro your turn will be next. Abbie, And_Sam,Bern, Tree and I will keep you both on our prayers. CHEER UP girls

I hope so too, and we just found out that the AOS bill shows PAID now, time to finalize hubby's AOS package and hopefully send it by this week. YAY!!! now hoping for the DS 3032 to be accepted and have the $400 bill to be generated.

I have a clarification though, Will NVC send I-864 form to my husband or we can just send the filled out I-864 from the USCIS website?

J. Desmond signed/received the hard copy of our DS 3032. May i know, how long they will process that form so we can have the $400 IV bill? I sent them an email for the DS 3032 like a week ago... I'm wondering which one they prefer to have.

Hello metro, It takes one week to generate the IV BILL then NVC will send you email for confirmation that they have your DS3032 in the system. Do not worry of that I think you will get that this week. I pray that for you. GOD BLESS

I'm actually off to visit my husband this week, and I'm a little nervous about the CO saying that I can't come in...I'm going to take a copy of my application so far, my bank statements here, my utility bills and of course my return ticket and hope for the best

hi tree. no it still says that i am missing documents (the DS230 and the IV payment) we got a false RFE because we paid the IV bill a month after it became available. it was dated Nov 10th. my hubby was saving up for the 400 while i was away last month preparing for the Advertising Congress so we really didnt get anything done then we will call NVC again this week to check if they "officially" got my package

Hello Abbie, I got false RFE last 11/21/09 its missing documents for the DS230 then after awhile having an RFE again for my NBI. But I glad now I forward what they need so hoping for log in failed to case complete so our journey it will end. Just call NVC for the update okay. Keep posted what happen

Nope still the same I'm waiting for the package my hubby sent me from jordon to arrive here it should be here on wensday and the sponser for the (AOS) should arrive here wendsday also. Let's see if they do I'll send them overnight to NVC
