NO, Part of Pakistan is not a issue. I do think they do AP for 99% for Male in Pak.

I belive vaild for 6 months only. I know person was asked for 2nd med exam when he was 7th month in AP to issue visa in PAK.

Adeel all above reply are very true that Islamic and christain rules not prohibt anyone no to meet / discuss about their future marrige etc.. In Islam rules are that both Man and woman can decide their future..so I agreed what other saying...even USCIS know that...

If some is telling you there is no field for mother name on new birth cert, he/she is millions time wrong. In Punjab, GOVT punjab isuue new birth cert and there have place for parents name and their NIC numbers. I am not sure which city you are from, but we got 5 months back our cert. I will say dont belive what some one telling you, research your self and go to the health department for more info.
