    Eso pasa normalmente por todos los cambios que ha tenido tu estilo de vida. No te preocupes ni te desesperes. Sin embargo, trata de cocinar mas en la casa y comer menos afuera, comer menos comidas procesadas, enlatados, comidas congeladas, etc., y hacer un poco de ejercicio asi sea caminar por tu vecindario. Ten en cuenta que aca las porciones de comida en la mayoria de los restaurantes son grandes, yo casi nunca puedo comerme todo lo que pido, asi que ahora lo que Aron y yo pedimos un solo plato para los dos, especialmente cuando salimos a comer en la noche.     Una pregunta............tengo listo el paquete 3 para enviar pero a puertas de enviarlo se me ocurrió una duda....YO LLENÉ LAS FORMAS DS 2100 Y DS230 A MANO...........ES POSIBLE ASÍ O TIENE QUE SER A MÁQUINA O EN COMPUTADOR???????????PLEASE,,,,,CUENTENME...

    Buenas noches a todos...

    Tengo una pregunta y ademas preocupada porque la pagina del Uscis no me deja entrar y no se si hay cambios

    en mi caso.

    Desde que hice mis huellas de Bimetrices no he tenido noticias solo una notificación que mi caso habia sido

    trasladado a California.

    Yo hice mis huellas el 25 de marzo y todavia nada!!

    La pagina no estaba funcionando para nadie. Ya hoy se puede ingresar, yo ingrese hoy.

    Otros foristas han dicho que cuando tu caso es transferido a California usualmente no hay que asistir a entrevista, pero tambien a algunos les ha tomado mas tiempo en recibir la GC que a los que hicieron entrevista huh.gif. Mi caso fue transferido a California a principios de Mayo, asi que te estare contando como me va.

    This means that CSC has it and is processing it. Those of us in the March group all received the same info. It is confusing and made me wonder if it was sent to my local office, but it has not been. Astrid in our group received the same information and within 3 weeks of the confusing email she had her green card approved.

    Oh that's good to know. I was a little worried!

    Today I checked my status online: the I485 was touched but nothing for the I765 (since May 4) and I131 (since April 23).

    May 11 2010 - Case transferred to CSC

    Yeah BABY!! (finally got access to the case status page.. not to me logging on though.. had to enter the case number).

    After 2 weeks of nothing we finally got a letter in the mail telling us to appear for our Initial Interview for I-485 on June 16th. Kinda worried and excited at the same time. Has anyone else gotten this letter yet? We just want the EAD/greencard already so hubby can work! :)

    CORRECTION ON DATES___

    I just checked the dates... I485 was transferred to CSC on April the 29th, I have a hard Copy of that

    And on the 6th of May we got that email that said that it is moved back to USCIS. it looks like the papers were in CSC only a week.

    is that normal?

    I just got an e-mail saying "your case was transferred and is now being processed at the USCIS office". So my case was at the CSC a week as well.

    Transferred to CSC on May 5

    Biometrics is done! :) We went this morning to the ASC in Alexandria, VA. USCIS website says military don't need an appointment so I took my husband in his uniform as a back up in case they didn't allow walk-ins. It took a little longer than it should have because when they brought up my file on the computer it still had the wrong A number. We then had to go to the supervisors office so he could investigate. Anyway, he told me it had been corrected and the lady doing my biometrics could just overwrite the wrong A number. Yay....I'm glad that's done now :)

    ayy chicas, me siento un poco preocupada, por lo de las vacunas, a donde voy me dicen q la triple viral no me la pueden aplicar, q solo se hace en ninos, pero q en mujeres adultas , no se puede aplicar, porq si se queda en embarazo el bebe puede salir con malformaciones.... y el de la influenza no hay en estos momentos... y pues ya tengo el de la fiebre amarilla y el del tetano.. igual me dijeron q no era necesario nada mas,

    no se si sea correcto (por eso recurro a ustedes) pero q si en mi carnet de vacunas se podria colocar como si ya me las hubieran aplicado...ay noooo...quiero q todo salga bien... necesito consejitos..

    Yo me apliqué la vacuna de la Triple Viral en la Cruz Roja, primero me preguntaron que si estaba embarazada porque si lo estaba no me la podrían aplicar. Luego de ponerme la vacuna me advirtieron que no era recomendable que quedara embarazada en los próximos 3 meses porque el bebé saldría con malformaciones.

    Tal vez la persona que te atendió no te supo explicar, quién sabe.... Igual, la embajada exije esa vacuna.

    Gracias por tu respuesta....yo pensaba que en Bogotá los entregaban directamente en el Das ya fuera el mismo día o al dia siguiente....

    Lo del movimiento migratorio de mi novio se debe a que en la primera parte del foro había una caso de un novio que también era colombiano y los apalazaron por el movimiento migratorio del novio....es sólo por esa razón que queremos sacarlo aunque no está dentro de la lista de documentos del paquete 4.

    Confiaremos en Dios en que no lo van a exigir....

    Yo creo que leí esos posts también. Deberías llamar a la embajada y consultar, así te curas en salud y te ahorras un dinerito.

    Pregunta para los que viven en Bogotá: cuanto tiempo se demoran en entregar el movimiento migratorio cuando uno lo saca en Bogotá directamente...

    yo ya saqué el de mi hija y el mio en Medellín, pero me da susto que pidan el de mi novio, que como algunos de acá saben también es colombiano.

    Yo lo saqué directamente en Bogotá. En el DAS me dijeron que se demoraría 3 días hábiles para llegarme a la casa, pero en realidad me llegó en 2 días hábiles, lo cual no me molestó. B-)

    Estás segura que tu novio tiene que sacarlo?

    Yey got my 2 biometric appointment letter both for EAD and AOS this afternoon postmarked April 29. My schedule would be on May 19 but I'll try to do a walk in on Friday. :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs:

    Ahora pasando a otro punto, Dios mediante pronto sabre la fecha de mi entrevista, y no se nada de eso, podra alguien que ya haya pasado por esta experiencia contarme algo respecto a las citas medicas, los examenes de laboratorio; como cuantos dias antes de la entrevista debo hacerme el chequeo y los examenes de laboratorio. Tambien, cuanto tiempo antes debo ponerme las vacunas..... en fin, quiero hacerme una idea de como es ese proceso.

    Ademas quien le da los resultados de los estudios al consul, el laboratorio o el medico me los da a mi y yo los llevo a la entrevista o ellos lo mandan directamente a la embajada???????????

    Los examenes de laboratorio y cita médica pueden ser realizados en un mismo día. Si vives en Bogotá puedes realizarlos tan pronto recibas el paquete 4, si vives fuera de Bogotá puedes programarlos dos o tres días antes de tu entrevista.

    Recuerda que los médicos siempre quieren hacer de las suyas con las vacunas (para decirlo amablemente), por lo tanto, te recomiendo que te coloques la vacunas una semana antes de asistir a tu cita médica y de esta manera no podrán exigirte segundas dosis. Al menos eso hice yo, y me funcionó. Yo me coloqué las vacunas en la cruz roja y en un hospital público una semana antes de la cita, el Dr. me dijo que tenía todo al día y no me mandó a colocar nada.

    Los resultados médicos te son entregados en un sobre sellado y tú los debes llevar a la entrevista. También te entregan las radiografías y una copia de la hoja de vacunas, esta última te servirá para el Ajuste de Status una vez llegues a los Estados Unidos.

    Déjanos saber si tienes otra duda y espero haberte ayudado.

    Not always but the majority of the time yes. There have been a few people who after the CSC transfer have still received a letter later saying their file had been transferred to the office in their area in order for them to have an interview. It doesn't happen all the time, but it does happen.

    You are right Vanessa. Even though my case was transferred, I will be prepared for an interview, you never know!

    I am excited for the fact that my case is moving and hopefully it will keep like that because I have read that sometimes the CSC transfer slower the process.

    We just got an e-mail saying this:

    Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

    Current Status: Case Transfered to Another Office for Processing

    On May 4, 2010, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action.

    I am excited!
