We have received the long-awaiting NOA2 yesterday on 9-7-10. The petition was approved 9-2-10. Praise God we have moved on to the NVC where it will go much faster now. I wish all of you waiting for NOA2's to have faith and patience. Yours will be there soon

Toni is about to board the 10pm plane from Manila to Los Angeles. She's gonna be here at 8:05pm, so lets hope she gets out of there by 9 lol. Let's all hope and pray for her safe departure, flight, and arrival. I'm so excited and happy!

Yes, I knew the dif between Ben and Pet. Was typing at 1 am..meant to say the beneficary was from surigao,im the petitioner, anyway thanks for your well wishes...what do you mean little one on K2? we are planning on delivering the baby here in the US..so wont need a K2. If you mean our first Baby...she is already a US citizen..so no k2 needed : ). and yep all our babies will be here in the US : )

Thank you every one for all your information. I will answer all your questions soon. The senator sent a request to have the case reviewed again, But it was already returned to USCIS for review the next day. It seems I will have more time to review your posts while I wait for the case to arrive. As i sure you know the last 4 days have been frantic, lots of e-mail, phone calls and inquiries. Thank you again, I will keep everyone posted. Does anyone have any new ideas? Aron
