really? You are being scammed, i don't think it's your responsibility to send his/her back. It is very alarming that a lot of people scams american guys because WHY? you just forgive and forget? forgive sure, but learn from it. When I came to the US I had no idea it was so difficult to adjust, the weather, the lifestyle is all different. But hey after a year, we are still here, hanging on. There have been a lot of times when me and Bob would be arguing because I feel so down and depressed, but after a few months i was able to adjust, Gabby's adjustment was pretty easy. Now, gabby(our little boy) prefers daddy than mommy, daddy could calm gabby without a problem.

After my Rose takes her Medical, St. Lukes is going to take hold of her passport. The only other form of Identification she will have left with her is her Postal ID, will this be enough for her to be able to board her plane to back to Leyte ?

some agencies and companies does not accept postal Id as a valid ID. get an NBI card @ NBI main in carriedo. It is good for a year. or photocopy of passport. goodluck!

got the approval november 18,2009(Wednesday). got my VISA delivered november 24,2009(tuesday). 4days w/o week end. 6 days with week ends.

it usually depends. Not always same days for each applicant. I remember I was interviewed on a wednesday. i got my visa tuesday @ 4:00 pm.and wednesday @ 630 am was our flight. 14 hrs after we got the visa we already left the philippines.

hi there! i just want to ask if we could bring and used either GLOBE/SMART sim and activated it as a roaming sim? if we already in the US? any idea?

Im using Smart Prepaid sim. It works fine.No maintaining balance or whatsoever. Globe has maintaining balance and if you go below the maintaining balance its automatic youre roaming will be deactivated,and the hassle of calling their customer service for days you wouldnt like. Globe is a great company though.Globe works really good IF you are in the Philippines.Ive been a globe user since forever But their roaming service is not realiable.

Plus with smart you can activate or deactivate anytime with their online facility.You just have to login. Hassle free.

hi there we have the same case. Mine though is worst,My ex acknowledge my son.So my son is carrying my ex's last name.Late Last yr i met my super handsome and very loving husband. Early this yr he visited the philippines and we got married. April he submitted I130 for me and gabby (One for me and one for gabby). So when its time for us to submit DS230 we included documents to support that im the one and only legal parent of my son.

My fiance hasn't had her interview yet, but I am planning on using a co-sponsor. That's not the point. The point is that they are telling people they accept co-sponsors on a case by case basis, and then telling all the benificiaries being interviewed that they don't accept co-sponsors. That's called lying.

thats why they say its a case to case basis. Its still up to them if they would accept or not.
