He does not need naturalization papers. Its automatic citizenship. Its called child citizenship act. All i am wondering is if its an issue since i dont know where my ex is. It needs his signature. Or is it okay because we have been in the states since 2009 but im military so im stationed outside the us right now. When i got my naturalization cert i was already overseas

Hi there. I am trying to get a passport for my son, my exboyfriend signed his birth certificate, but he is not involved with my son. We have been living in the states since 2009, we are in the philippines right now coming back august 24th, I can't obtain my ex's signature. I don't know where he is or what he is doing. Is it hard to get a US passport for my child without my ex's signature?

I am us citizen and I am also Military.

Hello. I just went back to the philippines with expired GC last december 6. My GC expired November 2011. I just present my green card and NOA1. I had no problems or whatsoever. All they asked was if I already did my biometrics I said yes because we did it before I left for the philippines. They let me back to the US.

As per my son's case, they didn't Allow it.. I asked CO if i can pick it up because I only came back to the Philippines for his interview and told him my Employer gave me only certain amount of days and he said I can pick it up at 2go MOA(Mall of Asia).He said the processing for the visa printing is 2 bussiness days and 1 day for delivery. My son's Interview was December 9'th of 2011(friday) and we got the his IR2-visa December 14th of 2011(wednesday).. He was right 2 bussiness day and 1 day for delivery. But maybe they can expedited yours.. Goodluck

How do I get my NOA2? Is it going to be mailed to me? Because the only notice of approval that was sent to us is a 1 page paper that was sent to my fiance in the US. Does he need to mail that NOA2 to me here in the PI?

No. He can scan the NOA2 and send it to your email. medical at slec does NOT need the original NOA2,Only thing i brought in as originals is my passport andID pictures.

I am planning to have my medical on the 18th with my NOA2, passport, photos, and manila case number. We don't have the appointment letter yet but based on what I've read, I can have it as long as I know the manila case number. If I'm wrong, I would appreciate any feedback and suggestions.

I am just wondering... when I pay my medical fee, are vaccinations included? If not, do you know how much each or total? Thank you!

Yes when you pay medical fee everything is covered. (xray,vaccinations(for normal medical,meaning no other concerns)).

because when we were doing mine and gabby's paperworks i did not indicate that i have carlo, which that time I didn't know that he is alive. So we are kinda worried that embassy would want a proof that I am the real mom, not carlo's aunt or cousin. Sorry i know It's confusing.

This is what i know, the DNA is asked to confirm that the USC is the father of the philippines-born baby.

With your case, the kid is acknowledge as Anna's child in the petition. So, where would a DNA testing be needed when Anna already acknowledge that she is the mother of the child under petition. Being repetitive here. And Anna is not a USC.

You are missing the point that if someone is lying to you then you don't love them but the image of them that they have tricked you into believing. Nothing to do with anger and everything to do with honesty.
