hey johndoe12 did they touch your case on uscis when you changed your address
-
Oh ok I see that, but in the timeline where he has put 16th march, 2010. In that particular column everyone should put RECEIPT DATE OF NOA-1.
There's an illustration given on the timeline just besides the NOA-1 date column.
K
i know i think he didn't mean to do that because everbody should go by the NOA1 DATE on the notice not by the day the receive the hard copy in our NOA1 it was dated 24 of march but we got the hard copy by 27 but like i say at least USCIS IS MOVING
-
maybe the petition was expired that mostly what happen when they reaffirm the k-1 that's what i think
-

Yes!!! USCIS has reached 16th marcher's for approvals............nice to see that
kruz_patz i wish if they were working on the 16 of march but they not if you take a look at boldee's timeline you'll see the noa1 was dated 10 of march they got the hard copy on 16 but its good to know at least that USCIS are moving now good luck
-
you will get the passport clearance once you have the checklist without any problems. so dont worry.
ak205 we have almost the same timeline we sent our in the march16 as well our noa1 is march24 we had a touch march 26 so we should hear something around the same time what was your last touch on uscis
-

-
well our k-1 was touched yesterday it has been at uscis since march 18 but we hope we won't hear nothing about it we doing cr-1 now and there is no way we can wait for them when they gonna put it to expire but good luck to everyone who choose to wait this is crazy
-
Yahya... I can't tell either if it will cause delay. But its safe to change the addres even if it cause a one week delay, I would assume.
I agree with you
-
I don't know if it delays it or not. I did the change of address thing online as I m a USC and I moved.
well i think we will take our chances and change the address with uscis if it was up to me i told her not to change it until after we get approved being we won't need the hard copy of noa2 afterwards
-
A
ok i have another question my mife is the USC and she is moving tomorrow and we don't want to change the address with uscis cos we are affraid its gonna cause a delay and we don't want that being we are close what do you guys think?
-
thanks john.. yahya..
And John, we did not send any pics either.. unlikely that will cause an RFE from what i know so far. Now my prob is AOS..! I will be stuck there for a while, looks like.
Anyway, now officially I can join teya's july nvc thread ..
i think you'll be fine as long you are out from uscis to NVC i hope it goes smooth for you we did send some pictures though and we already been denied for the k-1 so we are taking it very hard at this point our case for k-1 was touched today it was returned from the consulate to uscis to review it but we chose to get married and file cr-1 let me ask you some did you submit the original marriage certificate with the I-130 or a copy
-
-
hey guys how are you today is our 96 days since NOA1
-
we have a joint sponsor and our question is do we send the original I-864 to NVC or we send only a copy and we keep the original for the interview please we really need to know how this work
-
im so sorry to hear about your experience with that consulate and there is nothing you can do even if you called your congress man or senator when i had my k-1 interview the interviewer told me i have the authority to deny you i was treated like a criminal i felt like i had to defend my self it was really bad that day he was laughing at our pictures making fun at our relationship i had 2 interviews and for the first time in my life i was treated like a criminal in the nice way but they forget that they are immigrants too so they know what it feels like to be away from the people you love im sorry again and i want to tell you there is nothing you can do exept getting married and filling again
-
the court recods is from the court house he can get it with a copy of his ID and his birth certificate plus 20 dirhams
the certificate of singlehood he can get it from the nearest al mokata3a al hadariya
he will also need the criminal record from the police station if you are doing the k-1 good luck

yes its gonna be the same interviewer the guy said to me he doesn't see no love in our relationship after i gave him 3 years of ongoing relationship but he refused to take my proofs pictures....3years yahoo conversations.... skype conversations..... emails.....lettres.....phone records...... it was really bad going through the interview with him he just wanted to deny me no matter what so now we got married and we filed CR-1 but anyway like i said every case is different i wish you luck
-
even if they kept the passport that means nothing they kept mine in the first interview and they gave it back to me in the second but every case is different good luck though
-
yes there are interviews afternoon too i had my first interview december9 at morning and another one in january14 at 3:30 and it was sent back to uscis
-
that's what they give me in the first interview 221 administrative review then they called me for a 2nd interview yesterday january 14 and he denied me and say to me wesending your case back to uscis
-
no i dont think so i already ask about this in police station and the man told me they only give police record from the police station only moroccan goverment have access to that if us consulate could access to the criminal record system they won't be asking about criminal record certificate good luck
-
