  1. Hey Folks,

There are apprx. 10 or so people awaiting for NOA-2. E.g. I have noticed that march 16th would get NOA-2 early than march 23rd. After thinking a bit and observing the trend of approvals and unapproved petitions, here's my thought on this:

Some petitions are having same noa-1 date as the petition received date. While some petitions are received on : let's say 9th april and cheque's were cashed on 16th april and their NOA-1 date is also 16th.

So my guess is that, it could be true that USCIS might follows the RECEIVED DATE as their priority date. Since if you look at some of the approved petitions, some are approved faster and some are still waiting. (although those who are waiting their noa-1 date is earlier than those who are approved).....so really thinking why these uncertainity is there, .... and it could be because of they are following by received date....

it's just my thought......rest is assumptions......you are free to give your views on it...... give your inputs guys.....TEYA, John, Tom, Yahya, loto and so on...

    here is what i think

-not everybody who filed for the I-130 know about visa journey if there are 110 petition filed for march can you imagine how many people who filed for the same petition but they dont know about visa journey

-uscis go by order only in the begining of each moth we saw that in march they went by order but when they got to the 10th they start going random and approve little bit from the middle and the end

-they may have officers that take specific countries like middle east and north africa ....philippines....uk......russia....vietnam...china im not sure but this is what i think

    - uscis always leave some petitions till they approve them with the next petitions the following month

  2. WE GOT TOUCH again still nothing the 2 other touches because my wife called the senator and this is what they sent to the senator by email

This I130 case WAC ** *** ***** is pending within the normal processing time. It was received on 03/24/10. The current processing time for these cases is approximately five months from the date of receipt

and today and i checked uscis it was touched i dont know what this means

  3. Grats for all the Approvals and touches!! Still waiting patiently here.. By the way im just wondering how they really process each case, cuz my NOA1 date was March 25, but in USCIS website they said they received our application April 1 and got touched April 5. Im confused now

    (no touches, email, smail yet)

omg could that mean they put your petition with april filers ours was sent 16 march received march 24 and our noa1 date is march 24 which the same day they receive it and the last touch was march 26 but i don't know why they did yours that way but i think they put yours with april good luck though

  4. So, I had nothing to do and was just doing a time pass on USCIS website.....and found out some unpleasant information.

I checked my case status online and than I thought let me just play with numbers and go backwards and forward to see how many people are there who have same NOA-1 date. Well instead of finding how many are there, I found some interesting stuff.

I have added aproximately upto 800 numbers to my case number. I found that everyone is having April 15th - as NOA-1 date. Mine is April-16th. ISN'T THAT TRUE THAT NOA-1 CASE NO. ARE ASSIGNED BASED ON FIRST COME FIRST BASIS.

ALSO, one of the case no. has (WAC1019511990) got approved.....and this person is approximately 900 no. after from me......i don't know what to say...just waiting

i did the same thing but i only change the last number 20 time and most of the petitions were approved i saw like 2 who still in INITIAL REVIEW
