upgarding I130 petition from mother

hi all I apply for my daughter (unmarried, 21 years old over) I 130 and it is still pending in USCIS. As of today now , her mom is naturalized and got US citizen. Could I upgrade my petition using from her mom naturalization. I have a confusion that I am the main petitioner but if any parents are naturalized we can request for upgrade or not? Help me please if any body has good experience. Thank you
