Ooops, correction bcoz pinayamerican called xylide when she was at the airport and told her what happened. So she knew what happened to her. Why was she invisible after that? She did not even try to send pinayamerican a PM here to see or ask how is she and how things went after that incident. And she said that her cousin was working there, and now she said the cousin is not working there anymore. What's really the truth behind this?

To trick people's mind that she was NOT a part of the game. it's up to you people if you easily believe of what she said here.

May be next time they should issue the k-1 visa with policy in it NO RETURN,NO EXCHANGE to another fiance/fiancee.

You might be consider TJ Maxx,Marshall,Ross there are many baby stuff that are less expensive and beautiful.

If I were the victim of scammed, I CAN'T SIT AND WAIT for what pinayamerican reaction. I will be excited and will ask about it if she finally got the money back etc. surely I felt bad about it that I mislead her.

nope, nagpadala ulit asawa ko ng pera pangbili ng ticket...

at ung pera na binayad namin,hindi pa din namin nakukuha...

eh ako nasa cabanatuan, 3 hours drive...so the only way we could hold of that agent is thru call

tinatawagan lang namin....so pag hindi sya sumagot,edi wala....

Its so easy to create a timeline and just follow the process of other people.

I would say, unless she speaks out.. she is guilty as charged.

If she is not guilty she should speak out NOW.

If she scammed other people, probably she also will scam her husband to be.

I think the o.p. has no hope to get back the money. just learn from it and be a lot wiser next time.

I think you only need to call them if there is something bad happen to you here in the US and you need their help. like example, you were abused by your husband etc.

as i was reading the post i could not help myself but disgust these people including xylide who are involve with this. i do believe that it is really a scam and i doubt that they would get their money back, unless they sue them.

Anyone hear anything about people getting a round trip ticket and just not showing up for the return flight?

I am flying 2morrow from LA to MNL using PAL,yes I bought a round trip tickets costs me about $1,300....last year the round trip tickets costs about $1,600 because the fuel price back then increased.

being an American citizen is not allowed to buy a ONE WAY tickets so I bought a ROUND TRIP tickets. the travel agent agent advise me to ask a refund when I get there.

i suppose buying a one way ticket from agent is not allowed, but if you will buy one directly from the airline ticketing office is no problem. my husband (USC) was able to purchased a one way ticket from american airlines on one of his PI trips and was ok. buying a one way ticket in PI for US is no problem as well.

I always lived in a city called Manila..and my husband is originally from New York (but now in Las Vegas). He said he's tired of living in a city so that scared the h3ll out of me (and freaked me out a bit)..! I'm not sure but I think country life in US is far different from Philippines so I guess, I will calm down for now...

I think Las Vegas is a cool place to live in.....You should be worry if you are living in Mississippi cause most people there spent their whole life living in that place; and they are NOT used to seeing people from different countries....they are very conservative...moreover there are no places to go except you go fishing in the man made river every weekend, or go to flea markets, there are more produce and alot cheaper.you'll be driving a big pick up truck there most people there use pick up truck. it's annoyed me cause they are driving so slow.

City or Country?, Which one would you prefer to live in?

I like both..I like City as well as Country.

In general people who lived in the City are more laid back, open minded, multicultural..easy acces to department stores,Hospitals etc.

I just had a fight..as in BIG fight (online) with my husband and my hands are still shaking until now and I'm not really into my senses. That argument really drained me..mentally and emotionally. And it's sooooo hard when you're in "you're so near, yet so far" situation because of internet. And I'm sure I'm not the only one in (and have been) this situation. So what do you guys do when you're in situations like this..? How do you kiss and make-up?
