I think you should write a letter to your fiancee/wife, or at least a nice mushy email every week (or day/hour/minute if you like). Sure they would love to read it at the interview, and it will show contenued relationship also.

PS.. I feel your pain on the wait...and the need to want to do something, heh. i check my status and mail everyday since i sent the petition. LoL.. like im gonna get approved in 2 days.. haha.

Today is one month since NOA1. It seem like a year waiting...

I know this has been asked before, and all answers lead to the same result-- B2 Visitor Visa. My question is 1. How many people have had luck with this?, 2. How did they do it--evidence-wise and all, and 3. Is there any other way?

So with this processing everything gets one in 15 days is what I read, 15 days RFE and once they get RFE 15 days and its approved or denied. So anyone can do this if they have the $1000? Has anyone tried this before on VJ?

I sent my I129f application on February 5, 2009 and it was received on February 10, 2009. I just received the visa approval notice in the mail today (it's April 2, 2009). That's only 45 days from receipt to approval - I am impressed. I have noticed that USCIS web site has not been updated and it still says my case is pending. I also did not receive e-mail notification, but that is good. This is going to be one BIG surprise for my fiance when I let her know.

Btw, my fiance is from Malaysia. For those of you waiting for Malaysia visas, there is hope...

Try to register, thats what I did (and i can see mine)... theres a possibility maybe they havent updated it yet- Ive read on here sometimes they never update (hence you never get to see the status.).

Under the entry boxes (for username,password) click Register, go through the process of registering.

Sign-in once registered, click "here" where it says "To add a case to your portfolio click here". Add your case number from the N0A1, after adding you can click the case number for more details. If case update date is diffrent then date thats on the page after you click the case number, you've been touched.

why were you worried? to think of it you just filed last March? if you think you didnt have enough on your papers in the petition and you had pass your adjuticating time frame without your NOA2 then i guess you start to worry.

Ok first is the reciept (N0A1), thats where I am at. Then you get the approval or an RFE, the approval is N0A2. After my packet reaches Manila, is my fiancee sent a Packet 3? I am hearing mixed things that this doesnt exsist anymore. So basicly, anyone that has recently done this, can you tell me what happens/should happen after the embassy recieves the petition approval etc.?

My fiancee will be moving to Manila from her current address, I put her current address is on all of the forms I sent in. So I will need to make a change of address for her I guess after she moves? How do I go about this? What would y'all do in this situation? I am currently only at the NOA 1 stage of the process.

Do I need to include my 1040 tax return for the past 3 years? I have my W2s for 2008,2007, & 2006, and my 1040's for just 2008 and 2006. Pay stubs for past 6 months I heard is required to? Anything else I should get?

I make $10.70 an hour, am employed full-time (40+ hours a week). Last year I grossed $21,400 (Net $17,800), is that enough to not need a co-sponsor?

There isn't any document verification anymore. However benes are required to get NSO CENOMAR.
