  1. I want as many people as possible to know that Internal Revenue Service's politics are a public admission of its immaturity and insensitivity. Let me preface my discussion by quickly reasserting a familiar theme of my previous posts: I respect the English language and believe in the use of words as a means of communication. Belligerent scum like Internal Revenue Service, however, consider spoken communication as merely a set of noises uttered to excite emotions in the worst types of unscrupulous anarchists I've ever seen in order to convince them to make me the target of a constant, consistent, systematic, sustained campaign of attacks. In a tacit concession of defeat, Internal Revenue Service is now openly calling for the abridgment of various freedoms to accomplish coercively what its sneaky, ignorant campaigns have failed at. The key to Internal Revenue Service's soul is its longing for the effortless, irresponsible, automatic consciousness of an animal. It dreads the necessity, the risk, and the responsibility of rational cognition. As a result, Internal Revenue Service's sophistries will have consequences—very serious consequences. We ought to begin doing something about that. We ought to give direction to a universal human development of culture, ethics, and morality. We ought to spread the word that its superstitious diatribes have caused jealous toughies to descend upon us like a swarm of locusts, turning doomsday prophets loose against us good citizens.

True, my concern is with morality itself, not with the teleological foundations upon which it rests, but there is still hope for our society, real hope—not the false sense of hope that comes from the mouths of refractory gits but the hope that makes you eager to fight to the end for our ideas and ideals. Internal Revenue Service dreams of a time when they'll be free to move deranged animalism from the purblind fringe into a realm of respectability. That's the way it's planned it and that's the way it'll happen—not may happen but will happen—if we don't interfere, if we don't drive off and disperse the lamebrained vigilantes who fuel inquisitions. If I am correct that the destructive power of Internal Revenue Service's hijinks is their appeal to the peevish, the socially inept, the abysmal, and the squalid, then it is not only immoral, but amoral. Internal Revenue Service will probably never understand why it scares me so much. And it does scare me: Its viewpoints are scary, its snow jobs are scary, and most of all, someone just showed me a memo supposedly written by Internal Revenue Service. The memo spells out its plans to create a global workers plantation overseen by transnational corporations who have no more concern for the human rights of those who produce their products or services than Internal Revenue Service has for its brethren. If this memo is authentic, it tells us that Internal Revenue Service accuses me of being narrow-minded. Does it feel I'm narrow-minded because I refuse to accept its claim that the future of the entire world rests in its hands? If so, then I guess I'm as narrow-minded as I could possibly be.

If I seem a bit ignominious, it's only because I'm trying to communicate with Internal Revenue Service on its own level. I wonder what would happen if Internal Revenue Service really did shout obscenities at passers-by. There's a spooky thought. Although it requires risk, commitment, and follow-through to debate the efficacy of Internal Revenue Service's cankered, libidinous press releases, I never used to be particularly concerned about Internal Revenue Service's catch-phrases. Any damned fool, or so I thought, could see that Internal Revenue Service should think about how its programs of Gleichschaltung lead grotesque buggers to establish tacit boundaries and ground rules for the permissible spectrum of opinion. If Internal Revenue Service doesn't want to think that hard, perhaps it should just keep quiet. To recap the main points made in this letter: 1) Internal Revenue Service should get with the program, 2) there is much more of this to come, and 3) Internal Revenue Service considers it a moral obligation to fool and cheat others wherever and whenever possible.

LOVE & RESPECT TO THOSE WHO HATE THE IRS. MORE HATERS PLEASE!

  5. I just got off the phone with NVC and I got an RFE on my AOS packet because I included my sponsor's 2008 W-2s.

I-864 is filled out for 2007 and I included sponsor's 2007 taxes and sponsor's 2007 W-2s. Since the deadline is coming up I included the sponsor's 2008 w-2s for an extra measure. The woman on the phone basically told me to send the whole package again just without the 2008 W-2s.

I'm I retarded or are they?

Do I have to wait for the RFE in the mail or can I send the package again or send at email?

Wait because you have to send the original RFE document with your reply!

  6. I got that same RFE letter...it was because I didn't provide a copy of my passport book in it's entirety--including blank pages! It doesn't say so in the instructions, but somewhere else I read in one of the other forms it does, so I was anticipating that my file would be returned with a request for more information...

This delayed my processing for about 2 weeks I guess.

Thanks, i can deal with 2 weeks.

I just sent Overnight Certified Mail with all the proper documents. Now we will see how long this waiting game will take!

CSC received @ 10:16 AM Pacific time on 03/17/09!!

  7. According to the interview with the former service center employee in the Wiki, they MAY rework your case right away. The guys and gals at the service centers have to meet certain production metrics as part of their employee evaluations, so they have an incentive not to let things just sit on their desks. Hopefully, that will be your case  .

    Thanks, i feel better:)

They are usually pretty good on the return time - but they have up to 60 days (or longer - as they see fit) to continue on with your case.

just keep track of your touches - that will tell you when they do something. (like filing your RFE)

    Thanks, i feel better:)

  9. Hi

I am pretty new to this forum, and am very pleased to have found this group of people who have all been through something similar or who are currently going through it...

I don't know if it's normal to feel as scared as I do, but the thought of being denied the visa and not being with my partner just sends shivers down my spine and fills me with dread...

What is the likelyhood of getting approval on a K3 or CR-1 visa? I am a European citizen, my partner is a US citizen... I have been travelling to the USA for more than 10 years on vacation and have never outstayed my visa or had any trouble with customs....

What are the reasons they can refuse you the visa?

Sorry for asking such stupid questions, but it's on my mind 24 hours of every day and I can't think of anything else!

Be truthful on all the documents you fill. You should be just fine!

  12. The good news is... had they not issued an RFE you'd likely been approved AND BC is an easy fix...

I don't understand why a copy of USC passport is mentioned to be OK but now is not. How can you optain a USC passport without BC or CN?

Well, the good thing on this is that they locked me with 30 days and they locked themself too to reply!:crying:

Did you provide a copy of every page of the passport, including blank pages?

No, I did not send a copy of the blank pages. That might be the problem! :crying:

BTW, the website does not say anything and that tells me that is not updated properly or regulary!
