If u r planning to visit ur gf in Philippines U can apply a fiance visa here in Philippines just go to the US embassy in manila ..in roxas boulevard....i think it would be easier I saw a lot of petitioner and their FIANCEE/FIANCE there applying i-129 F when i applied for the naturalization and US passport for my lil one...i think it would be alot easier and fastest way...or call the US embassy here in philippines to ask what papers r needed to applied...they r very nice

You should apply for your fiancee only after you have met her first that way you can have evidence like photos. Also unless things have changed in the last couple of years. I thought you can only apply for fiancee here in the US not at the Embassy because your petition has to go to your local USCIS according to where you live to start the approval process.

Really??/i have friends here they applied k1 but havent met yet in person when they apply the k1...the guy only visit his lady last feb 14,2008 but the guy stay only for 5 days cuz has emergency back home..they dnt have pictures together...they got approve july 5..so i dnt think that u cant apply k1 visa if u havent met ur fiance/fiancee in person

Well i've been looking at hotels most of today and almost 3am here. I found one called baywatch tower but their home page looked crappy and I figure if they can't pay for a nice page then they probably aren't too great. I also checked out Bayview Park Hotel and it looks really nice for the price but I read somewhere that the people working there can be thugs so im worried about security now. I just came across this place called Tropicana Apartment Hotel that pretty much seems perfect so far. I am staying for 2 maybe 3 weeks and so i'm trying to find something with decent prices that is safe. I'm also looking for a place that has a pool and possibly a small kitchen. I would like a jacuzzi in the room but that might be a little too expensive. So any of you have tips for me on where to stay? Maybe you stayed at some of the places I mentioned?

theres alot of place or hotel that u can stay ...in malate area....u can find cheaper hotel there too...

WE used to talk on the phone for many hours in almost everyday,always turn on the webcam 24/7,sharing passwords for everything....but lately he change lately hes always at work 14-16 hrs not really sure if he's really at work....i caught him many times that he's lying....One day I asked him if he has someone new... said NONE,but what i felt is diffrent....I stay strong and everyday trying to be positive....sigh!!!sigh!!!.....I am starting to yell at him almost everyday cuz in my mind and In my heart that maybe if i pissed him off maybe he will admit everything.....I dnt wanna be sad but hes making me sad...almost evryday I am crying thinking if I am going to wait for the K1 visa that he applied or just leave him and go to another country to work and never talk to him anymore cuz im afraid that one day if we got approve and I got there in the US and get married I am scared that we end up in divorce...marriage is sacred for me....I dnt want to get married and later on got divorce thats my greatest fear

Continuing to put the I-129f packet together I was wondering if it mattered if I filled out files by using both a combination of typing and handwriting; such as handwriting dates, #ssn ect..... while typing mostly everything else.

Also, I have read mixed contradictions concerning which USCIS service office (Vermont or Texas) I send the packet too, I live in North Carolina......

Hi..U have to do medical first before interview..after medical they r going to forward ur medical test at the embassy...call US embassy in manila and ask for info 301-2000..

call st.lukes too ..i saw the medical fee when i went there for the DNA of my lil one ...9+++ something is the medical fee just bring 10,000 pesos if ever

Correct all her documents and start from the beginning like gather the BC old ID's everything thats in her real name apply a passport in her real name then figure out the nxt move...atleast by that time she have passport.....im pretty sure she's not the only one have that kind of situation...dnt lose hope she'll be fine

We've been waiting too..WE got our NOA1 august 28,2008 but we got problem about filling fee..we took care of it and check the USCIS and it says they got the corrected fee but the date change its written there Sept 26,2008 so we dnt know if we still going to start waiting the first time we got NOA1 which is august 28,2008 or september 26,2008 when they got the corrected fee....really confuse about this...but anyways still i know we have to wait.i just hope eventhough i am losing hopes sometimes about this....

Ok..let me start telling our story We got our receipt number last august 28,2008 but we got a problem because of the filling fee we took care of that as soon as we saw the message from the USCIS when we check our case...after that when we check our case after 2 weeks it says that they got the corrected Fee but its written there sept 26,2008..supposed to be its 5 months now if we dnt get a problem about filling fee..now we been waiting for 4 months and 3 days since sept 26,2008...does anybody here has the same situation like us??how long we have to wait???just really sad about this...i feel like we r riding into a lil worm that is sooooo slow.... I really miss my baby and i just wanted to be with him...im so depressed about this whole situation....
