maybe a mis understanding ..only u guys can solve the problem..writing here and letting everybody knows about the situation is not good to both of you..both of you need to sit and talk and you guys will understand each other. if still didnt work try counseling...im pretty sure you love each other and sending her back to her country is NOT or NEVEr a good advise.its easy for them to say things like that because they r not in ur shoes..goodluck!!!

I just wanted to let you know that I went to the London Embassy yesterday and after just 40 minutes I was approved! I shall write a description of my experience later on today but I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone!! A few weeks time I shall be heading over to Hawaii to start a new life with my hubby to be!
Good Luck to everyone - it's def worth the wait to hear those great words "Your Approved"!!

I think its case by case not because we are in the military it means we got the expedite...when we do the aos before it takes us 9 months plus we have to fly back to US just for the aos interview...imagine that
:( and now we are just happy to get a fast approval =) i know the processing when u r in the military is diffrent but it doesnt mean that we can just skip the long waiting in this process.anyways!!!!thank u for those kind hearted people for greeting me congratulation and for those people who are happy for me =)

hmmmm....is there something special about Okinawa? or may the employees over there just drink their morning coffee like everyone else and do their jobs....hmmmm. Anyways, congrats

i sent lots of pictures together with my family, copy of my gc ,copy of our bills together ,copy of military orders,copy of our joint account,copy of the birth certificate of my 2 kids copy of my passport with the stamp of all my travel and itinerary and all the ticket of our family travel together,copy of the furniture receipt that we bought together and its in our name in the receipt =) thats all i remember....
So basically you were not required to attend an interview? I've read that in some cases an interview is not required and in some instances all the evidence you send is enough. Could you possibly point out what kind of evidence you submitted to support your I-751?

just wanna share a good news today =) so i checked the mail and i saw a letter from the USCIS ithought its just another letter from USCIS like a 2nd letter after the NOA1 like starting WAC something so i can checked my case status but i was surprised its say...
Congratulation!!! Your request for the removal of the condition basis of your permanent resident status has been approved. You are deemed to be a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States as of the date of your
original admission or adjustment of status.
You should receive a new Permanent Resident Card, Form I-551 (green card) , within 60 days. Your card will include a mailer, Form I-797D, with important information about your status, responsibilities and permanent resident service available to you.
Yay!!!thank god for the fast approval =) i sent my package march 16 and they approved it may 22, 2012 =) im so relieve =) hoping to get the green card in the mail soon

i didn't get 2nd NOA in the mail yet so i can check my case online =(
I had the same thing happened today in my wife's case.
Sent I-751 on 3/8/12 to VSC... Shortly after got NOA1 extending the GC for another year. Had an EAC case that was NOT traceable online.
Got "CRI89 approved removal of conditions i89" NOA receipt notice today that had 2 pages of info on it, but nothing substantial. New case number which is now traceable as CRI89 and is in "Initial Review" phase.
Here is a status:
On March 12, 2012, we received this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or contact our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation. USCIS reviews the applicant's/petitioner's criminal history, determines if there are national security concerns that need to be addressed, and reviews the application/petition for fraud indicators.Don't know what to make of it, especially with the word "approved" in the case heading... I was 100% sure this would be biometrics notice, but nope it wasn't.

I only got 1 ..r we going to get more after the NOA receipt with 1 year extension..im a bit lost...anyone can clear me this?
So today I have received another NOA, dated March 22nd. This one is a 2 pages NOA; however,it gives me a case number EAC# that is traceable online. Is that what you guys have received so far?First time an extension letter AND then another 2 pages NOA that has the case number that you can look up online?
I was hoping to get the biometric letter, not another NOA...

I just got my NOA 1 in the mail
:D receipt date March 21..no biometric since i already did my finger prints here overseas and thats what it says to my NOA1 too :) -
I'm still waiting for my NOA1 they received my package march 20 since I'm oversea's again and i know NOA1 will be here late
:( I already do my finger prints here and sent it with my application 
:whistle: so i dnt think that i am going to receive a biometric appointment.....hoping everything will be alright for us March filers :D -

just dnt judge to quick.we dnt know the whole story and im sure if the wifey post here too we will see a diffrent story....as a filipino we r family orriented and we love kids ..if we love the man we sure do accept the kids too...sometimes we say something hurtful esp when get hurt too.there is more to this story so i dnt think we need to judge the wife too quick and to the person who posted here about his family trouble man, it never work to post here cuz u will see a diffrent thoughts and opinion esp when the whole story that posted is just 10% of the real story....talk to her and im sure you will work things out.
and to other people who's giving him a SENDING advise I hope this thing wont happen to you guys
