I would like to know how far out the packet 3 to packet 4 waiting list is. I think USCANDUAL has been waiting 4+ weeks. These changes sure have thrown my Chada support plan for a loop. (give notice early / I pay 5 weeks of salary so she leaves immediately after interview) That would have saved me 30 days of waiting for her to qive notice after the interview. I have to say I feel pretty lucky. We have been open to her employer about the issues and it seems they have not tried to hard to find a replacement. Maybe Chada's personality is rubbing off on them.
(just a little bit lazy) as she likes to call it....

Hello all, my Packet 3 was sent in on May 8, 2009, so now I wait.... Thank you for all the useful information off the Thai language website it is good to hear things are freeing up over there at our embassy. This website has been so helpful to me, not just because of the information but also the support you all give..... I don't contribute often but read every day.

39 days @ NVC but called tonight and they said Package sent today to BKK

called today, NVC says still in Additional processing stage. 23 days already, too frustrating
you're not alone 'mikef', me and my fiance now very depressed after we knew that its still on AP(Additional Process) let's pray it will get out from NVC soon.

there are a lot of people who are (or were) in this situation, and you can keep tabs on it by staying in touch with the "support group". You can also follow the link in my signature to see where you stand .. it's sort of like Igor's List for the AP@NVC situation. Both mikef and tÖm©êm are on the list at this point....

Yes! Come over to the darkside.
We are all on AP over there, complaining about our petitions being held hostage.
38 days so far for me. Only another 12 or so to go

39 days at NVC for AP…. And counting the other thread is great and the link to that spread sheet gave me hope… Everyone should visit that Stuck @ NVC thread and the attached spread sheet…

Well misery loves company so I thought I should add my 2 cents to this form… 39 days at NVC for AP…. See I feel better already (not really) I have read all 102 pages and could really feel every ones pain, I hope we all break free soon…. Till then good luck to all, and to me also as I need it!!!!!

Called yesterday still in AP or AR whatever (HELL) 36 days tired and worn out

Same boat for me NVC got my file on March 13th after a March 10th 2nd NOA.... I called yesterday for the Case Number and was told I am in Admin Review.... the very nice lady told me to call back next week and I could find out when it would be forwarded to BKK....
Very Depressing after a 70 day NOA 1 to NOA 2.....
At least it wasnt 254 days waiting for noa2.
Now you know where to find a supportive group of folks on the other thread
Hopefully you guys will get released sooner than the 50 (+/- a day)

Its possible for the noa2 to come in the mail before the status changing online? i have not been paying attention to my mail, only the case status online!
I got my approved NOA 2, 3 days ago dated March 10, 2009 and the status has not yet changed on the website nor did I get any email notification... So I guess we can't trust the Goverment to stay on top of the details... But we sure had better...

70 days from NOA 1 TO NOA 2 wow that was fast.... I am realy surprised, I was thinking closer to 100 days....

Yes, I remember I was so happy to be out of the NVC hell.... Well it seems I have arrived in a new waiting hell..... I really want out. Does anyone have any information on the back log of cases, maybe just the WHY?...
