  1. Removing conditions & waiting for our baby girl!!!

  2. We are also waiting on the RoC, we just got our biometrics appt for the 25th and then after that I guess we'll just be waiting for an email & hoping for no interview. But even if we have an interview we'll have some good evidence with our little Chloe who should be here in about 7 WEEKS!

  3. Will do :) We find out the sex on August 15th so then we can start shopping for BABY CLOTHES!!!

  5. Thanks! It's funny how now that we're together the ride isn't quite as stressful, right? We also have different things to worry about more: we are expecting our first child in December!

  9. Didn't he go back soon after receiving his AP?

  10. Wow, a month! That's awesome! Well I am trying to get into freelance translating (documents) so if I can get steady income via internet/email we may consider it. But we're actually thinking it would be better to try to bring his family here after he is a citizen...so we'll see!

  11. When are you planning on going back to Mexico?

  12. Enjoyed our visit, back to monotony :(

Hi! I know it's been a long time since I've been in touch-- it's awesome you're going to visit Guatemala! We haven't been back to Mexico yet. :-(

  15. Finally got that ball rolling, huh? Glad to hear it :) We're leaving tomorrow to visit his family in Guatemala...so excited!

  16. If he works in an office or business-like place, most likely someone there is a "notary." Or they usually have them at the public libraries and at some banks. Just tell him to ask around for a notary and he will just have to take his id and sign in front of them, then they stamp it showing that it was really him that signed it.

  17. I don't have my papers in front of me but I'm about 95% sure that the I-134 no longer has to be notarized - that was the old form. I believe that I got mine done just in case. It won't hurt and my bank does it for free. I'll try to look at our papers when I get home and let u know!

  18. Family is enjoying not having to mess with USCIS til Aug 2011!

  19. So when are you planning on filing?

  20. I just want to tell you that you have an ADORABLE baby! He is so cute - the cutest I've seen in a while!

  21. We're doing really well!! How about you?? Coming up on 1 year soon, right?!?

  22. Just make sure you get your G325A (I think - it's the biographic info sheet) & letters of intent signed. And any other info you want to include to show valid relationship - lots of pics, of course, but it looks like you have that covered!

  23. Nice new pics! I see your visit went well :)

  24. Your inbox is full - I also tried to send you this: Has Arturo done biometrics yet or do you at least have the appt?
