Fellow March filers ... if you haven't been approved yet, CALL USCIS!

I was touched on the 12th, but nothing for 3 days. When I called and escalated to the next level of customer service on the 14th, the lady told me that my case had been approved. (It sounded as if she approved it as I was talking to her ... hehehe j/k). Just got my NOA2 in the mail today! Date is August 12, the same date as the last touch!

Still not showing up on CRIS online though...

So many of you may already be approved!!!

Good to know, ty for that! Congrats too~ I wonder why the USCIS site isn't updating correctly? Seems quite a few are getting touches, and then receive the hardcopy in the mail but the site itself never updates to show that!

No touch yet here though, here's to hoping it comes 'soon'.

Linda, I am in agreement with Richard here. Try to put it out there for many to see and take in whatever advice they can give. From there you can make a much better decision as many others will have a more complete understanding than most of us. We can really only provide what we "think" or what we would do ourselves, but many have gone through it and can give you direct advice.

Not a bad Monday, but not much news for March either! Looks like April is getting underway though.

im so happyyyyyyyyyyyyy that i dont even want to think about the NOA2,,,10 mins ago,,my SO booked a flight along with his dad and son,,,, i get to see him next week for 2 weeks,,,,just have to figure out how to get around his dad and son for some heavy HANKY PANKY the walls are thin at my house,,but im sure we will find a way,,,anyway there is always outside i sure hope they dont turn them away at the airport,would be so sad,,,,ciaoooooooooo

Well... its the weekend... the time I used to look forward too so much but now dread

Hah I am the same way now! I used to look forward to the weekend, a bit of time off from work, relaxation, etc... Now I look forward to the work week (isn't that awful?) so that the NOA2's can continue to be approved. No doubt it'll go back to normal once the NOA2's are all sent off though

This week was awesome. So many approvals spanning throughout the month. Next week will be great too, have a feeling!

Wow, 10 approvals added today! That is impressive for VSC on Friday. Strega, if you got touched and didnt get approved today then maybe on Monday. If i had it my way we would all get approved next week. Even so i am looking forward to a strong approval output.

No clue why you haven't heard anything after the touch. Was wondering what was happening with your case!

No news for me yet, but there were a few approvals the past few days that share the same date that I have. We'll see what happens next week

Does anyone know how long after our case arrives at NVC I should wait before I contact my SOs home consulate (Juarez ) ? Does NVC let you know with a letter that it has left the center? Or do they just let you know that it arrived?

Congrats! same NOA1 day as us, but nothing on our end yet. Its making me nervous that his unemployment is going to have a negative affect on us......

Do not worry, there are still many who are yet to be approved in March (and around those days that were approved today), including myself! We're coming up shortly

Vermont is now 35.7% completed with March... historically when they are about 50% complete with the current month they start (albeit slowly) the next month...

I called NVC center yesterday and the packet left to Moscow 6 days ago. Not sure what the next steps should be and what time frames do we have for these...
