I was the same and then Friday we had prayer in our house asking for favour from god in the situation and gave it to god... Decided not to wait and watch the pot boil ... And bang Monday morning it changed.... When I stopped waiting for it.

ohhhhh so u can only become citizen after certain year of marriage?

Yes for marriage based n400 is 3 year from date of entry ...my date of entry or date on GC is 08/xx/2009...so I could apply earlier ... But just waited a bit ... The window opened 3 months or 90 days before ... 08/xx/2012

Haven`t received any email or text yet, though signed up for it, may be sent later,once they have an interview date,or after they send the NOA.

Have started studying, saw this movie on NetFlix, called Story of US...it cool..it makes it easier to remember stuff, once you know the background.

Done with fingerprinting.

Appoitment was at 1:00pm...but went in early....and was done in 20 minutes in an out of the door....now for the next step.

Was given the red book for civic test.

hello everyone,

We got an email saying,

"Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for Processing,within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Number NBC*........with the official Receipt Notice(Form I-797)"

Has any one got the same message?.

How does one know, their field office,I am guessing ours should be Dallas TX, as we live close to Dallas.

Also USCIS website saying they are now processing all applications centrally through NBC[National Benefits Center]
