What about " Do you want the social security administration to assign you a SSN and issue a card? You must answer YES to question 33b to receive a number and a card"?

so i have a question and i have writen to the embassy and everywhere else that i could to try to get information. i'm living in russia with my wife now and we are pregnant. we want to move to the USA soon but we don't know if we need to wait for the baby to be born before we can file a I-130 or if we can place the case now. everyone keeps telling me about stepchildren and all that but no one seems to know the answer. so the question is if the child is mine and my wife is pregnant can we file the case before the childs birth?

but my fiance didn t send a copy of every page of his passport, just the main pages,

and my stupid self, answer the question 'how did u met' on a separete piece of paper, adding that i wanted to marry him as soon as i get my fiancee visa, but

i just realized i should send a letter of intent , stating i was legal to marry and within 90 days of my entry to the us,and because of me, he did exactly the same thing

so im pretty sure we re gonna get a REF, my question is, can i just send them all that stuff now, to save us some time (all the copies of the passport and letters )

im so stressed out because i know it allready takes so long without any problems

On March 10th, I sent the P-3 to the US Embassy in Bangkok, from here in the USA.

They recieved the P-3 on Friday March 13, 2pm.

I sent them an email March 14th asking about the P.O. fee because I forgot to add it to the P-3 and asking

about the date as we hadnt recieved anything via mail, (the P-3).

They sent me an email yesterday informing us that our Interview date is April 9, 8:00am

and to just bring the postal fee receipt with us to the interview.

The day after i recieved my NOA2 i found out that my fiance was cheating on me. I need to withdraw my I129f application immediately. I sent a letter to NVC requesting a withdraw with my name her name and the case number. Is there anything else i should do to make sure the app. gets withdrawn

When you fill out the forms for pack 3, how precise do you have to be?

The form DS-230 part 1 asks for a list of employment for the last 10 years but only spaces for Employer, location, job title, and from/to dates.....are you expected to put names and full addresses and precise dates?

and on the part they ask you to list places you have lived since you were 16 years old there are only spaces for City or town, province, country and from/to dates...do they not want full address?

Just write down what is asked.

I work as a high school guidance counselor in Florida, and my fiance is an accountant and a college student in Ontario. We met online two years ago in February, and we just got engaged on Valentine's Day when I visited him in Canada.

I emailed DS-3032 like 10 days ago and never got a confirmation email...nothing. does this mean they never got it or should i call and ask?

The NVC has forwarded my CR1 Case to the US embassy in Cairo, Egypt on March 9th 2009 and when I contacted the embassy to ask about my Case, they said: "We still did not receive the case file in the immigrant unit in Cairo.", I don't really know how long should I wait till the embassy schedules the interview for me and how can I locate my case and know where exactly it is... is that a normal situation? is there anyone who had experienced the same thing?

It's possible that ur case would have mailed out a week after that said its ffd.

I just found out that I made a mistake on the G325 form My husband was born in Harrisburg PA but on his birth certificate is written county of birth Dauphin PA , so instead of written Harrisburg as city of birth I wrote Dauphin since the fisrt G325A for I130 package and my husband wrote Harrisburg as city of birth instead Dauphin like me I freaked out when I discovered that cause now our papers to I129F package will sent tomorrow......

Do you think we´ll have any kind of problem cause of this msitake ? His birth certifacate is written Dauphin PA, do you think will this cause any kind of problem ?

I submitted a DS230-1 and all our fees are paid, it says so online! It was paid a month ago? Any insight as to what we do now? Call them and tell them?

Was it paid on-line? Did he printed out the receipt which said "PAID" and enclosed when u submitted to the NVC?

Hi, my wife took my last name after the marriage, but her passport has her maiden name in it. Does that present an issue at the interview? As far as I know, visas are given with the same last name as the one on the passport. Also, how will this affect the info on the Green Card? Will the GC have her legal last name or her maiden one? A friend of mine who really had great marriage til he found abt the keylogger from the Geek friend.

He really thought he had happily marrige and never doubted his wife. they had two kids together.

But out of curiosity, he installed the Keylogger on the computer. He said it was Biggest mistake he ever made..

He said he found abt the things that he really didnt have ideas and things that he didnt know. wished he never knew..

He found way too mcuh abt her from the chats, emails and more

He had confront her abt those. At 1st she denied , but after he told her abt keylogger n showed her the proof of print outs..

she accused him of psycho.

Now they are divorced.

After hearing that story from him, it scared me and thought abt the time i used the computers at Internet cafe.

what i read is that it could record ALL, those passwordschats, and website u visited.I guess this is sometimes people found abt the creditcards #s and passwords. Its just scary how the technology has developed.
