Are you overly tired of stressed? I woke up with one yesterday. A nap did the trick.
That's what works 90% of the time for me, too.
nat ..did you say that you ussually fly american airlinesContinental. Dillon has a good memory.
I did fly AA the first time (of 10) I went to JA. I remember that they were very accomodating in letting me change my connection flight to leave on an earlier one, reducing my wait time from like 10 hrs to 4. That was in Nov 2007. They may have started charging for that now, as other airlines have.
ok thanks ...
Hey Yardies, How is everyone doing tonight?I finally sent off the AOS package friday and it was delivered today, it really feels good to have that out of the way. Now the waiting begins again. lol
congrats on the next step...
does anyone know what the timeframe you have to send aos off
I am not sure My2 but we waited 4 months because we knew we were moving so we did not want to take the risk to have anything get lost

Hello again, thanks for all of your responses. I ended up paying 85.00 for the I-693. There were only 2 civil surgeons in Orlando and one of them only did the entire exam for 350.00 and the other charged 85.00, didnt have much of a choice. I hope to have this thing sent out by Wed or Thursday this week. I just cant wait to have the ball rolling finally.

Hello October AOS filers, I am getting my package ready to send off one day this week. I have one question, how much did you have to pay the civil surgeon to fill out the I-163?

Hello Yardies, Hope everyone is doing well I have to try to catch up in the next few days.
I have finally finished moving and I am so tired and sore I feel like somebody beat me up. My belly is blowing up like a balloon and I can feel baby kicking.
We are FINALLY starting the AOS journey, now that I have a permanent address. I will problably be asking a lot of questions because it seems kind of complicated.

Morning Yardies, Congratulations Marie
Savanphil I hope you feel better soon, I had a sinus infection a few weeks ago and it was no joke. Plenty of rest fluids, and I took Zyrtec. It took me about 5 days to get completely better. Wish you well

Hey Yardies, I guess it is inevitable for me to be in a long distance relationship. My hubby is helping out his family in FT. Lauderdale with some renovation projects, and I am alone again and pregnant
He is going to be gone all week and then back to spend the weekend with us, and will be doing that for a few months. Even though I am glad for the extra help because times are super tough I really miss my boo.

Ive been thinking alot about being married because when I was younger I wanted the "American Dream". Now that I am older Im like shyt this is really going to happen!!! So I am not sure how to feel. Im a pretty organized person and like to plan my life with some spontenaity thrown in. This is actually one of the longest relationships Ive ever had. Trust Ive had plenty of them too. My friends are having a good laugh at my expense because I kept saying after I turned 30, "Im never getting married" lol I guess the cards dealt me a different hand. One of the good things about getting married at this stage is that one of my kids is grown and the other has 4 years to go before she is grown, so at least after this process is done Steve and I can focus on travelling and doing the things we want to do. I would have loved to have given him a child, but that is impossible. At times, its just so unbelievable.
MsTee I am glad I waited for 30 to get married. I was always so independent and with the "its all about me attitude", theres no way that I could have managed a husband and all of the things that come along with being married in my 20's. Hell, I still cant handle it, but I am a lot more patient and understanding now thanks to the power of God and this whole visa journey I know I can get through it a lot better now.

Hello Yardies, I am home all alone today. My hubby is helping some family members with some home renovations and my daughter is at my sisters house. Its just me and my fetus
hey woman . congrats.you are having a baby or 2.lol.
Thanks Jakes, its only one I had a sonogram already lol. I was kinda hoping for two because twins run in my hubby's family strong. I would have just tied my tubes after that. I cant believe you are almost done with your pregnancy, it seems like just yesterday you told us.

hey all , i know u guys have been missing me ,being all depressed can't eat ,can't sleep. hollering out me name- NOT!!!. Here is an update anyways. hubby and i moved to a new city with a better school system. The process was long and very challenging. i am in an out of dr. offices and hospitals for multiple test and all that stuff, pretty routine but sometimes very overwhelming.
The boys are doing ok. i am 30 weeks and 2 days to be exact. i will be undergoing c-section because both of them are breech. Its been a busy time and even busier still. we are setting up the babies room and getting stuff together. I must say all of these changes have been very challenging to say the least. it tested our marriage and love and most of all my strength.I thought at some point that it was too much. moving, having babies and my life just changing so fast. i got scared and hubby and i have our days of bickering and fights. some due to hormones others due to stress. It getting better but it is very much a stressful time.
I was questioning everything. my love for hubby, being a wife and a mother. ALL of it.I reminisced quite alot about my past, just for some escape and i had feelings of regret at certain times. With the fights and the babies on the way, i was loosing a little of the joy that this moment in my life should bring.i even felt guilty because alot of people live for the day that they could experience what i have now. it really isn't that simple.
Like i said we are doing better.we talked and we both agree that it's hard but worth fighting for.well enough with the babbling. i just didn't want you all to get the impression that my experience was all a bed of roses.there is more trying times to come but i am just taking it a day or 2 at a time.
enough about me. you all know that i can't catch up so let me in on what's been going on.
Hi Jakes, wow we missed you. I am glad to hear the boys are doing fine, once you get them in you arms, I believe things will become a lot more clearer. What you are going through is just a part of the adjustment process, if you think about it in one year you have been through so many changes and continue to go through them. That alone can drive anyone crazy, I will pray for your family.

Morning Yardies, Congratulations Jawi I must have missed that you tied the knot. How does it feel to be a married woman? You picked a great day too, your hubby can never forget that anniversary. Did you hear about the baby that was born on 9/9/09 at 9:09 and weighed 9lbs 9 oz its crazy.

My insurance will go up 200.00 per month so I didnt do it. We need to save some of that money right now for baby coming up. I am hoping he can find a job with good benefits.
