Is your aunt green card holder or U.S citizen and what is her daughter's priority date? As of August visa bulletin, they are giving visas for those whose priority date is before 01MAY04 for F1 category and 01JUL03 for F2b category. Check this website monthly to see when her priority date be current. http://travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_1360.html Once it is current then, the consulate in your country will schedule an interview date for her to get her visa to U.S. Make sure that the case is competed at NVC(DS3032, affidavit of support and DS230 form submitted and completed). Good luck!

She is a US citizen, her priorty date is December 2005

My Aunt filed for her daughter who is now over 21 and unmarried about 6 years ago. She got the approval letter last year and submitted all the documents to the NVC. We still have not heard from the NVC and when we call they say they are still waiting for a visa #. Is anyone else having this problem???

Doing very well Mrs. Tee in March the baby will be 1 and my older daughter will be 6. Me and hubby are doing very well, we had our rough patch when he first got here. I realized we were in love with each other but didnt really know much about each other and with two children in the picture it was tough. I have not posted on here in months, but I know I can always rely on VJ for any questions I may have. I have an Aunt who filed the 1-130 for her daughter and got an approval in June 2010. She sent the payment, police cert and everything they asked for about 3-4 months ago and still has not heard anything yet. I filed the I-129 and my husband was here in less than two months after the approval so I was just wondering if that is the normal wait time and whats the next steps? Funny Story:

One of my co-workers came in this morning and told us she has a friend who lives in Oregon and her friend has a slightly retarded son who is 12. Well her friend went to work and left the child home alone and around 11am the boy called his mom and told her to come home because he caught a troll. She told him to put the troll in a cage until she got home and she will see it. The friend figured it was a squirrel or something. Well the friend got home after work and saw all her furniture move and was blocking the closet door. She asked him why all the stuff was there and he told her the troll is in the closet. She moved the stuff and opened the door and a Midget man ran out the door. He came by to hand out religious pamphlets and the little boy thought he was a troll…..Damn im still laughing

LMFAO, as long as you take care of yourself by eating the right foods and walking while preggo you will be fine. I have thick women in my family too and I am not skinny, but I only gained 20lbs and I already lost 15 after giving birth. I think the rest is in my breasts because i am breastfeeding and I got some real knockers. I love them lol

Im sitting here with my dad...he is CANCER FREE THANK GOD! He has been dieting too and lost 30lbs so far! He is trying to lose 50.. YOU GO DAD!!!

Thanks for all you replys ladies, I feel so much better now. Mrs Tee I was cracking up when I read yours and you know its true. My hubby was so sensitive when he had his eye on the prize when he was in JA, I dont know what happened to him now. I keep saying I cant wait to get back to my normal self so I can be like to h#ll with you and go about my merry way withour being so emotional. Sometimes I think I give too much but from reading your posts I guess they are mostly all a bunch of selfish @ssholes at times.

Love: Aww I'm sorry for you. I had 2-csections so I feel your pain. Why did the doctor take you off the pain meds? If your still in pain take a pill or some Aleve. I remember the pain meds they gave me at the hospital would work, but they made me so sleepy so I started with the Aleve and that gave it some relief. Try to limit your movement bc you could still rip those stitches out. Hubby needs to get off of whatever he's on and take care of you! I'm not sympathetic to any man's emotions right after I done been opened up (literally) and had his seed And its okay to cry and breakdown every now and then, tears cleanse the soul

Thanks Shanette, because they are Narcotics and are very addictive I have to have an office visit first before he prescribes more. I am glad to hear that it was not just me and my crazy emotions, he need to step his game up and real soon...

Happy Easter weekend to everyone, I hope everyone is doing well. I am doing better and better each day and the baby is great she only cries when she is hungry.

I have a question to ask all of you, I know this is the best place for any type of advise. Its hard to get friends and family involved with maritial issues cause then they just hate your spouse. Its about my hubby. Yesterday I had an emotional breakdown at the supermarket. First of all the dr took me off my pain meds until I go to the office for a visit. I have been toughin it out for about 2 days now and it has been tough but I am dealing with it. Anyway I have been in moderate to severe pain( I got a ce-section a week ago). Yesterday was a severe pain day, My stiches hurt, I am breastfeeding so my boobs hurt, I am still having after birth pains, and to top it off I slept bad so my neck was killing me. I was complaining and hubby didnt even look at me, I asked for a massage and I got nothing. He is not the most sensitive person in the world, so I just said whatever and moved on. We went to the grocery store just to pick up a couple of items while he stayed in the car with the kids. I had to go because I had to use my card that he was not a signer on. Anyway I couldnt find what I was looking for(mind you I am in pain) I wanted to cry in the store. Finally I found it and a worker helped me out so I was happy. I got back into the car and told him " I am in so much pain I almost broke down crying in the store" He didnt say anything so I asked him if he was mad at me and if he didnt have any sympathy for me, you know what he said " hurry up and do what your doing so I can get the baby out of the dark" Girls I was ready for a Divorce, I broke down badly, I havent cried like that in a long time. When he asked me whats wrong I just told him to leave me the hell alone and we havent spoken since. Today is our 3 year anniversery from the day we met and I am so hurt. I dont know what to do??? HELP

1Luv, my daughter has already started her nonsense. She was like "everybody loves the baby more than me" Me and hubby try our best to give her extra attention. If I have the baby he will play with her or vice versa. I dont want her to feel that way but somtimes I think she is just trying to play smart to get what she wants.

I know that they have Golden Crusts in the Bronx..I am not sure if they are just take out or if you can eat there as I have never been inside one. Maybe they would be cheaper.

Hi guys, I had my baby girl on Friday 3/26/10 at 12:22am she weighed 5'8 oz and was 18 inches long. I had to get a cesarean unfortunatly because her heart rate was dropping. Thank God we are both doing well. She is very helthy just a little on the small side but not for long because she can eat lol. I am still recovering but feel much better each day. I havent really been able to go on the computer much, but I just wanted to give you all an update. Take care and talk to you soon.

Hi Dillon, I start telling my hubby from in the evening that I am not feeling good. I make up something headache, stomachache, bodyache, I had a drs apt and felt violated. Whatever comes to my mind so that he already know going into the bed there will be no sexy parties tonight. Being 9 months pregnant you would think I wouldnt need an excuse but I still do, its like he needs it everyday. Dont know what he is gonna do for 6 weeks???

Thank you 1Luv, Eric I have everything except a stroller. I have a 20% off coupon that starts next week for babies r us and I am going to use it to get my stroller. I was very lucky to have two baby showers so I got a lot of clothes, diapers and wipes. I purchased everything else and boy let me tell you, babies are more expensive than they were five years ago when I had my daughter.
