Sorry about your situation.
Yes you can do remove the conditions on your green card by your self, after you get your divorce decree. keep all the documents you have since you gonna need to send a copy of them with your application

hang in there bro. try to contact the local mosques, or Moroccan organization in your area. On the mean time, try to renew your work permit even if you have to borrow money for that. Do not give up so easy, relationships are hard work.
hopefully you will hear good news soon.
N.B Moroccan Consulate help or a deportation are not your best options

As other suggested. Once things settle down your friend can apply to remove the conditions by her self no needs for a sponsor. And that's what is called a waiver.
Make sure she includes joint bills, plus the husband death certificate
