Cherry&Ed got a reaction from user19000 in buying a house as a conditional resident
It would be a red flag since your husband entered through K1 Visa and the succeeding visa application steps (Removal of Condition & Naturalization) will require you to submit pertinent documents showing bona fide marriage and that you are living together. And since you are husband and wife, therefore your house/mortgage should be under both your names.

Cherry&Ed reacted to Tahoma in CENOMAR for USC??
Please allow me to settle this.
    CFO does not need:
    > A CENOMAR-- from the NSO.
    > Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage-- from the Embassy.
    CFO needs:
    > A copy of his divorce papers.
    > A copy of his federal income tax return/ tax transcript showing that he filed as single.
    Thank you.

You guys need a lawyer who is an expert with annulment cases. I have a best friend who underwent that and it took him 10 months from the 1st court hearing to court decision.
Once she got annulled, you guys can do anything and everything freely and can file K1 or if you really really really love her and you can't wait any longer, marry her in the Philippines and file CR1 visa.
I found this online. This article is entitled: Grounds for Annulment of Marriage in the Philippines http://www.bcphilippineslawyers.com/grounds-for-annulment-of-marriage-in-the-philippines/447/
Don't lose hope and never give up!
Good luck to the both of you

USCIS needs to import TSA agents to work in the USCIS offices. They're good at touching.
