Hey I have big feet 
I want another one but all in God's time. Girl yes I have 2 boys yall know I love to post their pics
they are going to be 13 and 11 this year and Im turning 30
I dont talk about them much but they are a mess.
Girl do you know my 11 year old talked to me for 10 minutes yesterday about being a Paleontologist when he grows up. We were out side and I told him to hold on I have to go use the restroom. I jumped on
trying to look something up about it so we could keep the convo. Girl I came out like I was all smart and he talked me to death for about 10 more minutes 
My hubby finally saved me and asked when I was starting dinner.

Congrats! I'm pregnant, too. Will be our second child together. Ours was a little bit of an accident this time around, though. We are still happy anyway!

It was defintely a shock and disappointment to hear that I'm NOT pregnant, I really thought I was, haven't had my cycle since feb 21st. So don't know what the heck is going on. Made an appt to see her again 2mrw so lets see what happens. The assistant wasn't did me a favor to tell me over the phone and now I'm thinking if she read it correct because I'm in total disbelief.
I'm sorry KJ! I know you really want this. I agree though, I bet once life settles down a little after the wedding & your body calms down, that baby will come!

Morning ladies, hope everyone had a great weekend. I'm sad this morning cause I went and did the knowledge test for my D/L and failed
:crying: only got 15 out of 20 questions and I needed 17 to pass. Well, guess I just have to be a big girl and go ace it@ the resit. Aww, TAMH, you were so close! It's not easy to get DLs here but I know you'll have it this next time. Do they have any practice tests on the DMV web site for your state? They have them on ours & I go through them with hubby so he can kind of prepare for what might be on his test when the time comes. I also use them to refresh my own memory every so often.

I'm doing okay Dens, thanks for asking. We spoke to his teacher friend this weekend for about 2 hours & she helped us sort some things out. Of course, resolving our issues is going to take time & work on both our parts but we're going to see what happens & go from there. He's promised to make a big effort to be truthful all the time & I'm to try & NOT check up on him (my disclaimer: unless his stories become inconsistent again). It was good to air things out to someone else & for me it was nice to have someone he trusts & respect tell him he was wrong for that but since it was her, not take it in a defensive way. Boy, this marriage ting nah easy!
Some friends are on their way over. We're going to the International Fest. The theme this year is "The Caribbean." Plus, we'll run into my babe hard @ work.
I have medium size chubby feet!

Well I had an excellent Birthday, My Husband suprised me with a a candle light dinner and a bubble bath with floating candles it was beautiful then we went to the beach. I also found out yesterday that I am pregnant since it is so early I am not posting anything on Facebook so if you are on my Facebook please please dont say anything (I just had to tell all my VJ sisters)

I think we are renewing ours in 2011 if we make it (sike) I want to wear the gown I didn't get to be married in (maybe) I wanted to see JA at Christmas and since are anniversay is the 26th, I'd figure it would be a great time to renew and my children will be with us too and his family!

Yesterday, Steven got not one but TWO parking tickets.
Both from the same officer for the same thing. He's working today, tomorrow, & Sunday, too. I suggested that instead of fooling with the parking meters, find a lot & pay one flat price all day.He thought I'd be SO MAD at the fact that I'm going through so much effort to save money & he racked up 2 parking tickets his first time downtown. I surprised him by being calm & matter-of-fact about it. "We'll just have to find it in the budget" is all I said.
Dang! Two tickets...sucky! Obviously all municipalities are having budget crises & they're trying to make up for it with citation revenues.
Good job & keeping your cool with him. I'm not sure I'd have been so cool either. But hey, with everything you've been saving on groceries lately, you'll have a little extra in the budget to help pay those off!
Nat: You don't have any coupons for money off those tickets? lol A joke mi ah mek....

Thats because you are not thinking the way you need to be.. You need to strut your stuff in front of his "so-called" friends so that whatever negative things they think about you, like when you saying they were thinking you were old and blah blah you could show them otherwise and give Lehi something to think about.....Like what he is going to be missing if he dont get it together!!

Okay, when G finish praying he usually says "let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in they sight, oh lord my strength and my redeemer amen" and I've never heard it before so everytime he says it I laugh.
The 1st session of counseling we went to, the pastor prayed and G prayed and I busted out laughing. I felt so horrible
That was the highlight of that session.
When we went to church lastwk the pastor was praying and he said so I was like oh ok, I guess it is normal.
Sooo today's highlight, the pastor was talking about the fact that we need someone who we can talk to and it can't be someone in my house because they're not and were never married or their marriage failed. So then the pastor said "krystle when G not actimg right, you come to me; when G not giving you enough sex you come to me" At the sound of this my eyes widened and G bust out laughing and said "pasta dat nuh sound right, mind weh yah tell mi ooman fi do"
It was SOOO enbarrassing,
it's a good thing the pastor pretended not to hear. When we were done and walked out G said he didn't recognize the comment he made until after he made itThose are almost the exact same words hubby says when he prays. It's funny to me also. I told him he might make a good pastor!

The one that sounds the best to me is: McCormick's and Schmicks has $10.40 dinner and drink specials on April 15.Unfortunately, I don't think we will get to take advantage: Today was Steven's first day working for the restaurant.
They'll be serving at the International Fest this & next weekend and he's helping them prep today. Sounds good right? Unfortunately, 1) he doesn't know if he's getting paid for today's work and 2) he got a parking ticket for parking in a tow-away zone. "Tickets" is not a category in our new cash budget, so the $$ will have to come from other categories (like restaurants).Ummm....it's illegal not to pay someone for working! How does that work out?
Oops...tickets suck. Hopefully he won't do that again any time soon. I get a parking ticket (usually because of some mishap on a street cleaning day) every 3-5 years & that's enough for me to not get any more!
Yay Steven for starting the job though!

LOL! Yeah, I don't think that would be too safe for me to do either! He has picked me up before & held me for a few seconds before I freak out & tell him to put me down. He's so proud of himself talking about how he can do like Elephant Man on stage picking up the fatties!

biometrics for hubby gc renewal 4/30
Hubby called Kingston and they said they sent it(BC) to Mobay for him to pick up last friday, so he is gonna go in tomorrow (send prayers that it IS there).... I gotta beleive that all things happen for a reason..and it will be there when it is supposed to be...(just damn frustrating)
I have been thinking about going back to work in a spa since my class load seems to be more manageable...so been looking on craigslist and just keeping an eye out...WELL, I got a call from a previous employer asking if I wanted to come back as she is in need of someone

CVS sent me a $3 off $15 purchase coupon when they sent new Extra Buck cards.
I went to their website & was able to print a $4 off coupon.
At the store, they have these kiosks where you can scan your card & get coupons. I'd NEVER scanned it before this week, not really knowing what it was. Well, I got a $4 off coupon there, plus I got $1 off CVS paper product and $1 off CVS beauty product. I found paper & beauty products that were only $1 (2 rolls toilet paper & bag of cotton balls) and got them for free!
Nat, you make me laugh with how enthusiastically you've taken up saving money! I now follow 'Nat's Coupon Saving Adventures'! LOL
But ya know what, Im just gonna do my part and email it to the teacher with a very detailed explanation with the behavior of them 
(second group since class started since first group died out, so had to re-do all of the work I already did on a different company).
Meeting time was 10 am... will see what happens. DONE VENTING 
That is so frustrating Besa! I've had projects with classmates like that. But you know what, someone said something to me that helped me kick it in to overdrive & I did the bulk of the work anyway. They told me that I was the one who was going for the good grade so do it with that in mind. That said, I did 98% of the project but I also got an 'A' on that final exam & of course an 'A' in the class. My partner in the project got an 'A' on the final too but I'm sure he was lucky to get a 'B' or 'C' in the class if the work he put in on that project was any indication of the effort he put in for the rest of the class. Good luck with everything! Don't let the slackers effect your grade.

Yeah... the 10 yr part is concerning.
7 Habits:
1) Be proactive (instead of reactive. Have purpose)
2) Begin with the end in mind
3) Put first things first (instead of putting 2nd or unimportant things first)
4) Think Win-Win
5) Seek first to understand, then to be understood (it makes the other person more receptive to your point of view if he sees you're trying to understand his pov)
6) Synergize (When 2+2>4. This should happen automatically if you've done the other steps.)
7) Sharpen the saw (important to keep your mind/body/soul refreshed & renewed to do your best with the other habits)
I need to go into a B&N or Borders & sit down & read some of this so I can decide whether or not to buy it.

That's what I'm talking about! AT LEAST a year! Plus, I can't foresee when we'll actually be able to afford a child. All this baby talk got me ready to run screaming!

In other useless news: I put two pics up today in my 'Random Stuff' album on FB. They're of a car I took a picture of this morning parked in our neighborhood...we were on our way to the bus stop & I've been in awe of this vehicle since I first noticed it. The owner has a SERIOUS hoarding problem & slowly there has been more & more stuff accumulating in this car. These days there is only a small space in the driver seat where the owner can drive. I don't know HOW they don't get stopped by police & ticketed!
