    Will they allow you to pick up your visa at embassy if thats what you wish.

    I am sorry i cannot answer or help you with this..

    I live in Mindanao and wish to stay in Manila for CFO.I would hate not to arrange of delivery of visa and be told no that I cannot pick it up.Does anyone know how does it works?

    Sorry to hear that..I had the same experienced as what you have now!!!Me and my fiance more in chatting than email,until my pc was reformatted and all the chatlogs are gone,that was 2 mos before my interview but i underwent sputum,so i have had 4 mos to start saving chatlogs..Am sure you have other proof of evidences,sometimes they did not ask the chatloggs thoug...

    Hi everyone,

    Consulate received our file (on the 4th), my husband called them yesterday to verify and to schedule our interview as well, but he was told that we cant schedule the interview until the file is updated. Can anyone tell us if how long does it usually takes to be updated in the system?

    Any response would be appreciated!

    Nope...They dont need a credit card..You can pay in any METROBANK branches..It cost 330 pesos,and additional 100 pesos for the delivery,they will text you if the document is about to deliver and you'll be advice to pay it to the METROBANK...

    No, they will give you an instruction to pay at Metrobank (Phil. bank). A reference no. will be given to fill out on the payment form from the bank. Its only PhP 330.00 per copy and it will be deliver within 3-4 working days after payment. Make sure you know all the details of your fiance before calling, parents name, date/place of birth, etc.

    Dont worry about the age gap,as long as you have a proof that the relationship is genuine ,proof on going relationship,then it'll be fine..Goodluck and have a nice weekend!!!

    hello fellow members , just few minutes ago checked on my status case online and new date has been posted on last update , it is now 06-04-2009 , and it was still dec08 last night when i checked, can you tell me what it means? i am excited , is there cause for me to be ? and besides today is our 1st wedding anniversary , oh and forgot to tell , it was on both petitions I-129 and I-130 ; I would very much appreciate comments from y'all ; thanks .

    Sputum Test

    if a person has a suspicious xray result:

    3 day sputum tests

    if sputum tests are negative, you wait 2 months for the culture results ( samples taken during the 3 day sputum tests will be used for the culture)

    if you get a positive culture result, slec will put you on 6 months medications.

    Same situation, the SLEC said it looks suspicious and they didnot explain deeper about it, and they're not sure what is it, but i dont have history of tb, i dont have cough and colds, the one thing that they want to make sure is to have a clear lungs and because of H1N1, i feel its unfair, my lungs is clear also from other doctor findings. now i am waiting for 2 months..sad..sad

    yea,its really sad and i understand how you feel,i was on the same situation...waiting is really sucks!!!i am already in the US,i was instructed on my POE to report to the department of health where i live now..I had my new CXR and the result was CLEAR,no problem at all...tsk,tsk,tsk....But still have to undergo sputum test here.!!!Dont worry you'll be fine,..god bless

    Very Tough!!!

    If you have all the proof of on going relationship,it will be fine and nothing to worry about..But in my interview experienced,i thought everthing goes well but its not..I have bunch of chatlogs,emails,photos,greetings cards,etc..But the consul asked me to submit a statement from my fiance about the story behind why he was never been married and he didnt marry the mother of his 2 daughters [same mother], :angry: the thing that i never thought the consul would ask me and got a 221g form...So be ready and keep on reading or searching here in VJ about their interview experiences,it will help you a lot..Good luck and say a lot of prayers...God bless

    Medical Question

    My fiancee had the first day of her medical today. Everything I've read in VJ suggests that if she has to come back the second day it's a pass. The doctor did ask her about the biopsy from her recent surgery. She had benign cysts removed from one of her breasts. I can't imagine that would cause her to fail her medical. Generally speaking if you go back for the second isn't it considered that you passed the medical? Your experiences will be appreciated.

    It doesn't mean that if you come back on the second day you passed,if she advice to proced to the 2nd floor its a great news but if on the 4th floor it means bad news..Lets just hope and pray everything will be fine,..In my experienced i was adviced to go proced to the 4th floor because of my CXR findings which is suspicious infiltrates...So,if there's nothing wrong on her CXR,it will be fine..God bless...
