  1. W-2 and a 1099 are issued after the end of the year.

It says how much the person made the previous year, they don't have to me mailed until last day of January.

Your fiance will recieve a W-2 for any work performed in 2008, around late Jan. or early Feb of 2009[/qoute]

I got a concern also, My fiance got only letter from his employer how much he is making from the company. Will this be enough for I-134 support?

  2. Hello Everyone!

We just received the RFE letter today at 4PM Las Vegas time (4days after Case Updated).

Whew! My fiance called me and we opened the letter together. We were so excited to see what was our RFE.

    A good grief!!!

    Here it is:

    1. FORM G325 - Write NONE to questions and informations that don't apply to you. N/A is not an appropriate response. Don't leave any blank unanswered. (What the HECK??? This is the only reason for our 2-3 weeks delay. OMG!!!)

    2. Translate in English all foreign documents to be submitted. (GOODNESS! All Submitted documents were in English language already. We called the uscis and clarify the second statement. No worries, just an additional info to be mindful with in case of any tagalog or foreign documents to be submitted.)

    ---------Nothing Follows------

Guys, you better watch out for this simple mistakes. Our case might help some filers here.

    Have a nice day!!!

  3. If you dont mind sharing, what areas did you put N/A for? I think I put it in a place or two. I copied the example forms here and they use N/A on the question:

"If your native alphabet is in other than Roman letters, write your name in your native alphabet below:"

    Hi Annax,

Actually, my fiance was the one doing the form. He told me that he placed NONE to the primary questions/information that is not applicable to him then he put N/A to the supporting questions/informations that follow. There were also blanks he left unaswered. He was expecting it wont matter because he already answered NONE with the primary question like this:

Former Husbands or Wives (If none, so state)Family Name (For wife, give maiden name): NONE

    First Name:N/A

Date and Place of Termination of Marriage:______________

    Date and Place of Marriage___________________________

Now, to make sure, he placed NONE to all the blanks not applicable to him including the supporting infos.

We learned from this mistake... lol

Simple mistake but It will cause delay.

    Hello,

Bisaya pod ko. Taga- CDO ko, NHA Kauswagan...

Still waiting for NOA2. Hahay, Naka-receive tawon mi RFE.

  6. Good Day Everyone!

CSC sent us letter for more RFE dated October 27, 2008, 135 days after our NOA1. We are still waiting for the RFE letter to arrive anytime this week. That is the USCIS representative told my fiance.

Anybody knows what are possible RFE being asked from USCIS?

:crying: Please help us. I am worried.

If an RFE is requested, how long will they process it again after we send them the reply?

Guys, please tell us some infos about RFE. thank you

I am looking forward that you will respond to this post.

    God bless!

  7. Just hang in there. They probably touched it a few days after your NOA1 date to "mail out the notice". I assumed that because (1) we got a touch 5 days after NOA1 and (2) another touch 3 days after NOA2. Nothing in between. Specifically, we got our approval on Oct 17 then a "touch" on Oct 20 (why o why?!) and we finally got the hard copy today (Oct 23). So slooowwww! And the NOA2 did not say anything other than give you your A# and tell you they approved the petition and you will hear from NVC soon. Wala man lang instructions! So back to waiting we go... feels like ping pong ball. Just to cheer you up, ain't we almost in the same boat even if we got NOA2? Haha! Tawa na lang.

    Hi rootbeer,

I agree with you about the "touch" thing.

Well, at least you are confident now that your petition is approved. Days from now you will recieve the feedback from NVC that you are good to go for medical and interview. I am happy for you. God bless you.

For those who are still waiting for NOA2, the worries can't be avoided. I am one of them. :crying:

  8. Hello guys,

I am new here. I am glad to read your posts. We are part of the june filers at CSC. Our NOA1 is dated june 16 then got touched on the following day. Since that time, we did not receive any update nor a touch. We are impatiently waiting for our NOA2. We are worried, anxious about our case and not sure of the approval.

You guys are giving us hopes upon reading the posts of those who got their NOA2. Let us continue to keep on praying because getting NOA2 is not yet the final decision. There are more processes to come. Everything is in the hands of God.

I do hope that we can get ours so soon. God bless us all.

See the joy beyond the sacrifices we have now. I know and I understand how it feels to be away from each other.

Remember, Good things are worth waiting for.

    Have a wonderful day!

  9. Hi guyz, I am new here. It's nice to see your posts. I am still waiting for my K1 petition to get approved. My hubby sent it last june 08 and we got the receipt dated 06-18-08. Until now, we don't hear any update from CSC.

I am glad to hear the success of many couples here. You are giving us hope.

We didn't get any lawyer to process our papers. We just read the guidelines online. I hope to know some infos about your visa process so that we will know the exact thing to do. :star:

Good things are worth waiting for. Just can't deny the fact that we really miss our partners.

    Can't wait any longer. :crying:

    God bless us all!
