i just got here in usa like 3 month ago and my wife want me to go to church with her and i did but now she want me to be Christians but im Muslim and i can't be Christians and she know that from the first time she meet me

so she want to divorce me i know that crazy

i have green card IR1 10 years do i will have a problem if she divorce me about getting other green card after 10 years or they will revoked or denied this green card i have

my wife getting crazy about to be Christians but im Muslim and i will die Muslim please i need some help here i don't want divorce i love her but she want to scare me by divorcing me but i can't be Christians so what i can do now I'm lost

you wanna die as a muslim ha? marry a us muslim to bring you muslim kids as well divorce her may be she find someone more suitable,your ir1 is never affected,also after 5 years in usa you apply to become a citizen.send me a message or your cell# if you need a help

what's keeping you from

1. getting the 1040x forms online

2. filling them out yerself

3. studying the math

4. comparing the difference

all before deciding to go forward with actually submitting the 1040x's into the IRS?

If you were in my shoes (cause I'd not be in yer shoes) that's what you'd be doing.

Seriously - what's physically keeping you from doing that?

i will get the tax binders and do the math and i can get a view how much will i owe.before submitting the 1040x.

why not work up some 1040X's, prior years, and see what the math looks like, set as 'married filing jointly' ??

as to this thing '3 years married'

recheck please - it's 3 years from the first issuance date on the first green card, and NOT this '3 years married' thing that you mention.

i mean 3 years of residency or since i have my GC

,we will look with an office regarding the 1040x amended to married filing jointly and see if there is a diff we have to pay back,and this will be a bump with the uscis coz as i understood they don't want you to be owing any money to IRS at the time you apply for citizenship,correct me if am wrong or if anyone who did the n400 with only last year tax may reply please

hey guys i am worried about this issue my wife been filing single head of house hold and i am filing single for the last 2 years,the reason we did that is the moron tax preparer who said our marriage is abroad and we can file as single,so we did what he said for 2 years,now will this cause a problem when i apply for naturalization in dec 2012 ( 3 year marriage) let it be known i have a kid and she is pregnant we have lot of evidence.i need an answer how far uscis go with tax records or do they require it from me?

look give it max another 2 months and call them try to see what's going on,hope soon approval.

simply don't mention anything about exit out of her country unless 12 months abroad.

yes the employee at the ssa checked the data base to see if i already applied for a number before and found nothing,she took my arabic/english birth certificate and the ssn application i filled there and told me to wait up to 4 weeks to make document verification for the proof of age,and about my gc i checked on the website to see that they approved this OS155A so hopefully i hear any news this month,i cannot move out of the home while wifey goes to work everyday(: i cannot apply to any job with the passport cos i already made an interview and i was eliminated cos lack of papers.

i haven't got my conditional gc yet but the uscis send me another notice today it is a second welcome letter dated 7th april. i checked the website to see the following:

email your embassy about possibility to apply for a tourist visa while k1 in process,i think you are fine to apply

tourist visa takes about 3 days to receive,but a great possibility it will not be accepted when they know you are going to see your fiancee cos the k1 is giving you 90 days prior to marriage to see how life and place there look like.

it's been 26 days since i arrived usa,i got a welcome letter on 24th of march regarding the permanent resident card,now i went to the ss office with all my docs to inquire why they did not send me,the lady there was surprised to see a cr1 visa,she told me to wait more 30 days,i told her to ask her supervisor who got my arabic and english birth certificates and handed me a paper that my social number may take up to 4 weeks for document verification,did this happened to any one?

one more question: can i apply for jobs with a cr1 visa on my passport only?

good luck,take the evidence you may feel it will help although they may not ask for it at all and you will feel you wanna throw it in the nearest garbage of the embassy:)

hope all the interviews go well for every body,my question is,does it make a difference to attend together at the interview? i saw many people having ap and delay in visa issuance so i wondered if my presence will add a thing,although we have a lot of evidence like thousands of emails,call reports more than 1 year,bills of things we consumed together,entry tickets to all places we went ,2 visits to egypt many or much pics ,same religion and age as well.
