No the status just shows as paid for 70usd that's all.and jam asking if I can send them the i864 package and papers needed now? I didn't get any thing from NBC rather than paid on their site.

your edinburgh embassy deals with commercial™ things may be so it is no problem at all...simply it will be forwarded to the main embassy in uk which is london(nearly 500 km) hope that helped.

both of you guys have a lot of evidence together so go ahead and file the i129 do not wait or waste your time,and about her entry: she can enter usa anytime during the process just to convince the officer about her ties coming back to thailand,however they may refuse her entry.i think the best way is to file i129 for a k1 while she is in usa for 6 months or marry in the states let her travel back then file i130,but in all cases you will mention her address in i129 or i130,so i think to mention it in usa on i129(k1 visa) is better than to mention it on i130 k3,cr1's) cos they consider it a marriage fraud.

I have a question? Currently, I have my DS-230 packet ready to send out to NVC except the police certificate.

The followings are the contents of my DS-230, please let me know if I missed anything.

(1) Printed Cover Sheet & DS-230

(2) Our Marriage Certificate (Original with translation)

(3) Beneficiary’s Birth Certificate (Original with translation)

(4) Beneficiary’s Passport Photos (2 photos to accompany the DS-230 & 2 photos to accompany the medical)

(5) Beneficiary’s Passport Biographic Page (Photocopy)

(6) 1 affidavit & 10 wedding photos printed on 1 photo sheet (I need to include wedding photos cause I did not have it in the I-130 packet. My I-130 packet only contain the barely minimum requirement and nothing else whatsoever)

Now, my question is this…can I go ahead and send out this DS-230 packet while I’m waiting for the police certificate from the beneficiary? Is this save me time? What do you folks think? I figure, I’ll send the police certificate once I’ve got it. I do not want to waste any time while waiting for the police certificate (2-3 weeks).

Once again, please let me know if I missed anything.

Well, per DS-230 instructions it doesn't mention that USC bc part.

it would be better if you wait to enclose the pcc with this package,cos sometimes rfe delay cases.

Seems high to me, too. That sounds like some attorney propaganda to get people nervous and waste their money on his services!

if the rate is true so it should be high for both k3,cr1's as well.don't believe attorneys' sites cos i read much there and found vj is the best for gaining knowledge and advice.if you want to know the factors of visa denials you may discuss the weak points or suspicious ones about a specific case and wait for ppl replies

i felt what you are in,better forgive her just to respect your spouse

this mother is suffering from loneliness that made many sorts of illness in her mentality,she steals,throwback to act like teens....etc so deal with the whole thing as she is an ill woman,let your spouse talk to her in private declaring that her presence is not welcomed anymore.and if your spouse wanna visit his/her mom this won't be at your home.(in case she came back to us)

you should be following the news on uscis website everyday or week,cos when we applied for the i 130 the uscis slowed down in may or april for dealing with work visas this time,but what iam sure of : no basis for uscis at all. try the vj timelines according to your service center and this may help u a lot as we did.and in common i see most k1's doesn't take more than a year in average

uscis process files by date they receive them

i think a lawyer should be recommended when a case is complicated: many previous marriages,criminal records......etc,but normally all cases using a lawyer or by yourself doesn't make any diff.
