  1. i searched over the site and was not able to get exact info for cr1 and ir1 interview stages specifically about a bona fide or ongoing relation between spouses,i will tell you what we are going to offer inshallah when we we finish the nvc, and hope others could add what they know:

emails: an adequate amount through all your relation together

phone bills/chat logs/web cam snapshots/sms reports through cel phones if you have

photos you took together with friends,family....etc

your spouse passport with the exit/return stamps to your country

plane tickets if you still keep them

bills or receipts of stuff you consumed together during the time or visits

    snail mail/gifts/presents/cards in regular mail

letters from friends/family members who attended our wedding or went out dining with us,saw us together,...etc

a letter from your petitioner's employer adding you on the retirement plan

notice that many people succeeded in having co mingling financial things together as a joint account or a lease agreement but we are not able to do any of that.....waiting for more posts pls for mehrdad and paradiselost

  2. Hi everybody I just got an email from Nvc it's achecklist to send them another form of ds230 coz my different residence places seems to have gaps more than six months between each one and another,so pls would you tell me how long do they take to review it? And can I send it from Egypt directly to their place? Thank you

  3. The first time he was denied they said we did not share a common language. I submitted phone records from far back as 2007 and more than 97 pages of online chatting for us. The consulate said my husband did not know when I had my first divorce. I show documents that prove he knew everything. We do not use a translator of any kind, no friend, only he and I . He speaks arabic and french and for me english. His english is not perfect but we have no trouble. As a matter of fact his english is good. I have been to his country twice and was not present for the second interview.

As PP said, to help more, it would be good to know what the exact reason of denial was as per the denial paper you/ your husband should have been given. If you can include the reason for the first denial, that might be good too. Do you know why the CO said "no common language"? Ie are you using translating software, or a friend/ relative to translate? Also, how many times have you met in person? were you at the second interview?

paperwork is easy but the matter is an interactive behavior, how a husband doesnt know the date of divorce of his wife? or how come he didnt understand the question if u showed evidence of calls, chat logs for 2 years?listen your second interview was still based on the ground of the first one recorded at their database, and the usem staff's opinion never overturned at this case.i think you should get an atty soon and inshallah i hope god makes it easier for everyone

  4. main factor is age difference, cos i saw cases in cairo lasted for more than 2 years they call it ap or ar sometimes although we all know what ap or ar mean.

second is common langiage and the consular got the right to deny it if he judged that your partner lack the language of communication i mean if he barely say an english sentence,so they will never tell you age difference.

  5. Sorry this happened to you, religion is personal..........but the only thing I can think of why they want proof your husband is now also Muslim like you, is because they know that in Islam, it is haram and not normally accepted in Muslim cultures that a Muslim woman will marry a non-Muslim man.

Hope you get the visa fast :star:

    MaSalama

 that is the point.so better bring a certificate from a mosque in usa declaring that your husband is a muslim, however if the husband was muslim by roots so it won't be a problem if married to a christian woman, hey it is written on the us embassy web page of cairo. but don't worry it's easy to get this paper inshallah

  6. can i send aos package and iv package at same day?

np: every one is separate than the other

np:i got the barcoded sheets for each one.

    thanks so much

I don't see why you can't send it the same day..just make sure the correct cover letter goes with the correct papers..also don't forget to send in a copy of the docs that you have for the IV package.

    :) i sent both yesterday,thanks so much,good luck

  7. excuse me,iam asking if i can change my add with nvc and how long does it take?

as i used my moms address(near my area) for mailing since dealing with the i130.

now my husband is filling the ds 230 with my residence address which is diff than the one on the i130 is that ok?

so sorry it's all silly questions, but premonitions are like worms over my thoughts:)

  8. she is so obsessive, sounds like egyptian wives:) god with you

try to reform her behavior, bring verses from all religions and proverbs telling about to thank god for all you have till now.try to confront her with these wrong obsessions she has,and if she shouts you might be stronger to convince her.in general these kinds of people are so weak,so don't be helpless try to be with her doing all that, and whatever your decision

    good luck in ur life

  9. oh my motor head i read all info about all kinds of i864,i will tell you what i understood and i need you guys to tell me if iam correct or mistaken about it: page 7 i864 there is an info(23. Current Individual Annual Income.) pls read it,so this means that if i have an adequate income in past months could it be added to my 2008? i mean will they judge the matter on yr 2008? even if my income is high in 2009 enhanced by pay stubs and employment letter? let it be known that the income in 2008 is lower about 1500 usd than what is required,i had some circumstances which made me get low in 2008 and i will include it with certified docs in my aos package.

    sorry to suffer you

You may want to include a joint sponsor if you have one. Our situation is a lot like yours as I was $1,500 short of 125% of the poverty line. We made the mistake of assuming overtime would be sufficient. I had a letter from my employer that stated I was guaranteed enough OT to make the 125% of the poverty line, the NVC approved it, but when my husband got to the embassy, the CO requested we have a joint sponsor. I'm not sure if uou are working at the same place you were in 2008, but if you're making more money now, you might be okay. Unfortunately, just because the NVC approves your I-864, doesn't mean the embassy will and ultimately, it is up to them. Good luck!

yes you are right i keep this point in my mind,as i will be ready with all the required docs for interview stage, but i want to shorten the time of nvc so i will send my i485 this week, and prepare the joint sponsor upon interview.inshallah

thank you a lot for your help
