Good morning MENA & Happy Thursday! Soooo looking forward to the weekend - bridal dress shopping for friends wedding, March Madness has begun here and dog to the groomers - busy but looking forward to it all.

My husband also had to buy a stamp to exit Tunisa, he ended up mailing it back to his family though ...IDK why?

Wouldn't hurt for him to carry his Egyptian passport but like Ash stated, would definitely check to see if there is an entry/exit requirement to use that one vs. his U.S. passport.

Yes the paper just says that he was denied because he feels he is coming to america because his brother wants him here...and it says our paper work is going back too nvc. I dont even know what to gather up...how do you prove that it is not his brothers gain but my gain...how do you prove they didnt give me money or make my life any different because of my husband. I really already know this is something i cant even deal with today but truly how do you muster up the strength and patience to continue to wait when you could taste the wait being over!!!

I think I just experienced my 1st form of discrimination when making a dental appointment for my hubby! Kinda po'd about that & about to make a call to my dental carrier to lodge a complaint against that dental office.

I agree with one of the above posters - you certainly have things very well planned!

My hubby & I did what you are doing as well (EAD before AOS). We chose this option because we will be married 2 years May 1, 2010 - therefore when we apply for AOS after that date we will be able to apply for the 10 year greencard & completely by pass having to remove conditions too.

I noticed from your timeline that your marriage date is December 2008, with this year nearly gone, if you file AOS after December 2010, you wont have to worry about getting the temp greencard (2yrs) then paying the Removal of Condtions fee also 2 years later. All in all, its not much of a savings but its 1 less that USCIS gets! Just food for thought, best of luck to you & your family...
