You can try using the search engine here in VJ and you will find several results. There have been many threads about CFO here in the Philippine forum.

Hi there, Im Maricel from Manila Philippines undergoing thru the K1 VISA...with regards to your concern, I dont think co-sponsor is a problem, as far as I know Co-sponsor is allowed. The only thing that would decline the K1 visa is the thing that you havent meet yet your fiancee in person. Phone bills, chats and emails are proof of relationsip but its not really enough if you dont have any pictures together. Thats what theyr looking for. To prepare the documents needed for the K1 visa is hard, but you have to do it and make sure that you have all the required documents not to waste money and time. If your financially stable and he cant afford at this time to meet you, then why not see me in other countries, I mean you and your fiancee could meet half way. I have done this, im a medical technologist working here in Manila. Wag ka mawalan pag-asa, if there's a will, theres a way......GOODLUCK AND GOD BLESS
USEM doesn't allow co-sponsors in most K1 cases, however, they have accepted in some. I bet it depends on the situation and on the CO. As for the OP, you need to meet your fiance in person before sending the I-129F package.

Here's the link for the requirements i.e. forms and documents that you and your fiance have to prepare.
-
The email confirmation letter is what she needs for her interview. She's going to show it with her ID to the guard at the embassy gate so they will let her in.
-
Congrats!
-
Yeah, you should be concerned about the changes in her actions.
-
She doesn't have to make a reservation to be able to attend the seminar, she can walk in. She can also attend the seminar (PRISM) even without her passport, however, it is better for her to wait till she receives it because she can go directly to the CFO office after the seminar to have her passport stamped with a CFO sticker.

Hello everyone, my fiancee is waiting on her letter from the US Embassy, then she will call and set up appointment for her interview.
1. Does she need the letter to make the interview? Does she need the letter for medical exam etc.
She doesn't need the letter to set up an appointment. It's just a letter stating that they already have your case in their system. As for her medical, just show them the letter from the NVC. They only want to see her Manila case number.
2. How long does it take for her to get the letter. The embassy is in Manila, and she lives in Manila its been a week she hasnt recieved it yet!
Mine took about a month don't wait for that letter.
3. I am sending my fiancee all the required I-134 documents also I copy of my I129F petition that I sent to US Vermont Service center. The question
I have is I have heard that I need to also send copies of W'2s and 1040 tax returns for most recent year.
As long as you have your tax return, you don't need to submit W2's.
4. Do I really need 6 months copies of my pay stubs?
3 months is fine
5, Do I need last 2 years of tax statements w2's and 1040's? or just most recent Tax Statements
I showed them my fiance's w2 for the last 3 years, I didn't get the pink slip. However, they asked me to submit a scanned copy of his 2009 tax return. The CO told me that they only need last year's.
I am feeling like maybe some of the requirements are excessive, can someone please tell me if all this will be required for me to send to my fiancee in Manila for her interview. what are the minimums, etc. We are so close now, I am getting ready to send her my packet, I want to make sure she has everything she needs from me. Thank you very much! Randall

You can use USPS, however, if you are going to send her documents to the Philippines, FedEx is the best.
-
If her visa is approved, they will let her pay the delivery fee. It's around Php240.

Those people probably think they were just joking kaya di sila sumakay
-
As long as you already have your passport stamped with a CFO sticker, then you're good to go.
-
She needs a letter from the NVC or from the embassy (either of the 2--they just want to see her Manila case number). Her passport, 3 pcs 2x2 picture, pen, and medical fee.
They don't send packets anymore. They will just send her a link of the list of papers and documents that both of you need to prepare and fill out for her interview.
-
Read the guides, you will know what forms to fill out and the other things you need to prepare.
-
You can use the search engine, check out the USEM interview experiences thru the embassy reviews at the top of the page and there have been several threads in the Philippines forum.

My fiance started teaching me how to drive a few weeks after I got here. First in the backyard, then in our street. The first time, he was so happy cuz he said he's still alive and the car and the pool are still intact And a month ago, we went to this quiet neighborhood, and he let me drive for almost 30 mins. I'm happy because he's got a lot of patience. He just tells me to relax whenever I drive cuz I look tensed everytime
