  1. Hey OldUser did you see my July 14 message?

Sorry to butt in, but if OldUser doesn't see this, just post on the main forum and somebody can give you info on how to find out how long the wait may be - but previous timelines aren't really much help, as they are historical and the time is increasing every year. The Visa Bulletin is the best place to look, you can see that now those that applied before 1st Jan 2006 are eligible for visas. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2025/visa-bulletin-for-september-2025.html If you applied in 2012 and it's for the Philippines, my best guess would be maybe another 8-10 years? But CPSA will apply, so do post on the forums with info/dates and somebody will try and help you calculate if/when they may age out.

  2. Hey you OldUser:  Can you help remind me where on VisaJourney we can go an view applicants with similar Visa applications to get a real idea of where we stand in the line?  Or maybe it is easier to go somewhere on the USCIS website??   We applied for my Wife's adult brother some 12 years ago and originally we thought it was going to b a 20 year process....it sounds like it might be a much longer process putting in jeopardy his ability to bring his under 21 year old children along with his wife.   Thanks, Eric
