I checked the civic part it is hard! do they actually ask you all these questions on the civic? I have geard they ask easy questions and the history is the one you gota go study all the way but when i went on the flash cards I was like wow what is this.

I saw the civic part of the test it is very difficult. I did study the self history test it was easy. i then went to the civic flas cards they are harddddddddddddddd. do they actually ask these in civic?

I found someone to help with my afidavit of support for my husband because the required amount is not enough from my side. question is some one is going to help me do a joint afidavit but they applied for their own relatives I-130 and has been 10 years for them so can he help me also even though he filed for his own relatives? his relative case is not current yet.

Just read the flash card several times and you will be fine.

Spend 15 minutes a day at least answering question in the Naturalization Self Test.. Actually this test is challenging for me because they have a score percentage everytime you take the test..

I always smile in passport photos--real passport and those submitted to USCIS. No problems.

Actually, when I was going into the US Embassy London, the security guy was looking at my passport for a long time. The picture is really dark and the hairstyle is very different. I said, "I have different hair now, but see <points to mouth> the smile is the same" and flashed him a big smile. He smiled back and said, "Your hair looks better now" and handed me the passport. You have to bring all of your passports including expired one.

Technically you don't need to renew your passport, but some Interview Officer may question what happened after the date your passport expired.

So for safety net, I would recommend to renew your passport, or get new one ASAP.

i called the CSR and he said you dont have to renew the passport unless you are traveling. he said you should take other forms of ID with you to show who you are.

When i go to my citizenship interview I have an expired passport of the country i belong to. I have all the travel dates on it but it is now expired am i in trouble? should i renew it ? why should i renew it if im not traveling and maybe i will get the american passport. I hope you understood my question please answer.
