I am trying to email my DS3032 and I have a very stupid question:

What format did you guys put Beneficiary's Full Name and Petitioner's Full Name? Was it <Last Name> <First Name> <Middle> or <First Name> <Middle> <Last Name>

I am asking if anyone has had any problems/issues with their names being in particular format.

I know this is really small details but I am just trying to make this as idiot-proof as possible for these NVC idiots...

I got transferred to CSC about 2 weeks ago.

Man..this is unreal...i'm happy that u got ur approval this fast but woow! i never seen anyone getting approval this fast...did u go with regular file or u requested expedite ur file?...awesome stuff guys, keep up with the spreadsheet

My case was approved on the 15th, NVC still has no record of my case which is fine with me cause it gives me time to prepare the next few packets.

I am trying to open the spreadsheet but its not working? anyone facing the issue or its just me?

Your timeline is almost identical to mine- I think they put all of us who filed around 1/11 in the same box and sent us to CSC, hopefully our approvals will come quickly and for those still at VSC hope they get their act together!!!!

I bet ur ...as far as employment letter for ur SIL, if she is part of AOS then she'll need a letter (tell ur cousin) otherwise, i don't see any valid reason why would bombay embassy ask her for her NOC? She'll be leaving the company n going to US n thousands of ppl do every day. They just care about her Police clearance certificate mostly but like Loto said, if its easy to get it, then jus have it...cuz it'll help her when she comes to US....she can use that letter as proof that she worked in Bank n make her job hunting process easier from HR prospective. Good luck n update us about ur interview....jus few days away!

I am asking this question on behalf of my cousin brother... My sister-in-law is having her CR-1 interview on Sep 18. She is currently working at a bank. Is she required to have Non-objection certificate from her place of employment at the time of interview ?? If yes, than what would be the format and what should it say on the certificate ?? Please advise... I am not totally sure on this ?? Did anybody had this suitation before or like to give their greatly advice to my cousin brother... Please and Thank You..

Bani, the answer is simple..NO.

US consulate does not require NOC.

Original Birthcerti, Original Polic Certi. and Original Marriage certi for DS-230. Please don't send them Certified/Notarized copies from India, that might delay your NVC process by getting RFE. Almost everyone VJers got their Original back after interview. That's just my opinion. Hope this helps and good luck.

I was wondering whether NVC accepts Certified/Notarized copies of originals from INDIA(birth, marriage &police certificates) with DS230.Any had success with submiting notarized copies?

Hello, i just want to ask some questions, my husband received a letter from NVC stating that there are missing documents for my VISA fee. I think that's my ds-3032 or choice of agent. Can i resend the file again to NVC? Please help us what to do.

I called RFE line for CSC and she look at my case and she said good news is: you case has been approved today. They will send you the notice to your address.

She was happy and I was happy and that is it.

No email yet neither online message. I only had a touch in the morning. I hope it is true.

I applied I-130 base on my green card in Feb. 2006 and in july 23, 2008 I had it upgraded.

I had an RFE and lots of touches. It has been a long journey for us.

Again thank you all for being here all the time.

PS, I hope she won't call me and say, sorry I was mistaken about your approval and you just had another RFE
