    sorry I took so long to answer, I posted in the other thread but forgot about this one...It was really easy, they asked how me met, details about the house and our pets, he didn't look at any papers and went through the pics so fast I doubt he saw anything...Our interviews were separated (they do it with everyone in my local office, I don't know why....Just be calm, guys, there's no catch as long as your relationship is an actual relationship, just trivial questions everyone would know...

    At the same day I got an e-mail saying my card was ordered....

    hey guys, I got approved!

    We got interviewed separately (all the couples were too, I think it's how they do it in our local office) but it was pretty easy, he asked how we met, my name( and i said my maiden name duh lol), then he asked about our house (color, how many bedrooms and bathrooms, if it had a garage and if it was detached or attached) and where my husband works, what time, what he does and if he likes it, that was it.

    He asked what I had with me ( an album, a scrapbook and a big folder) he asked to see the pictures and went really fast through them, didn't even see page after page then he asked about the papers, I said what I had and he said that's fine and didn't ask to see anything, ANYTHING AT ALL, dang it, took me forever to get all those papers together lol

    then he called my husband, asked the same things and said I was approved, I didn't get to talk to him again and that was it, he said the green card would be here in 30-45 days, it was piece of cake, guys, my hubby messed up the color of the house hahahaa and I messed up my name, but we still got approved and didn't even have to show any papers, just be calm and everything will be fine.

    hi guys, I completely disappeared coz we moved and only today they installed the internet...I have no news, we are gathering stuff for the interview and the scrapbook is finished, we already got the tax transcripts and everything looks good

    I'll make sure to take lots of pics with his family on xmas hehehe we went for a family trip and have pics for it so that should be enough...

    Does anyone know if all I have to send after I move is the AR-11?Or there is something else?

    No, I've had no updates AT ALL in my on line status, since the day they put it on line it says received and pending, the date is the same(06/16) and the letter came from the MBC, in Missouri, not my local office...Don't worry, everyone seems to be getting their letters this past weeks and I'm sure will be there soon enough, may be you should post a really mad complaint here and you will receive just like I did, don't forget to mention cookies, I think that's the key! hehehe

    I got called for an interview tomorrow, guys, this time I will leave an hour early and make sure I don't take the highway, the interview is to work for Radioshack....

    hey guys, I think someone read me complaining yesterday and decided to work on my case hehehe just kidding, I got my IL today, it's Jan, 13th at 9:30 in out local office in Indianapolis, wish me luck!

    i just wanted to ask u if they apdated anything on your aos status online now they have your interview leter ,, does it still say RECIEVED AND PENDING ? and also i want to know if the interview letter has been sent to u from your local office or from chicago or .....???? thanks u

    Hey guys, you won't believe what happened!

    I was driving to target to my interview and my the highway exit I was supposed to take was closed, I had some good extra minutes since I left earlier but it wasn't enough, I had to go back all the way and got there about 9 minutes late, they told me they couldn't interview me because the interviews were from 30 to 30 minutes and I wouldn't have enough time....

    I'm so frustrated, I know it wasn't my or anyone's fault but when I finally get a job interview appointment, that happens...They said I could call again and TRY to reschedule it, but I feel so ashamed, I don't know if I will or not, what do you think?

    Just updating you guys on the news, thanks for wishing me luck!

    hi guys, i finally got a job interview!!!!!!!I'm so excited, please cross ur fingers for me i'm tired of sitting at home, the interview is for target(i know, bleh) but it's temporary seasonal work and would give me experience to get other jobs.Please please please keep me in ur mind i need to make some money, i feel useless!!!!

    I'll come back tomorrow and let you know how it went!

    You should try going to the office where you applied for it and ask them if everything has been cleared with DHS (department of homeland secruity) in regards to your EAD (if that's what you used to qualify for one) they should be able to tell you and then give you a print out "certification" of your number...

    Thankyou so much for your information , and yea i applied for ssn based on my EAD. thanks again for your help.

    Actually it will only work if you received their letter saying that they are processing your card, if you didn't get it yet, don't even bother, same happened to me and I just lost an hour waiting at the SSA, if you got the letter, they are able to give you your number
