Could someone please add my timeline to the August N-400 tracker? I sent the application on 7/26/13 to the Dallas, TX Service Center. It was delivered on 7/31/13 and they cashed the check on 8/5/13. I have yet to receive the NOA.

i don't think so becoz it depend where you filed your case they will not change the bio sch place , you can check but i have seen in many forum that they couldn't ....hope this help........

Just call the CIS customer service number, they can arrange for it.

My wife studies in another state and have a biometric scheduled where I live (primary address for both of us). Does anyone know if it is possible to ask for a nearest location to her for Biometrics? I have disclosed this fact in the application.

We'll just wait for another 10 days to see if we receive it... if not, then we may have to have someone pick up the duplicate interview letter. I provided my email address, but nothing through that.

The mumbai consulate generally doesn't send the packet 4's even though they say they do. You can download the packet 4 from the mumbai consulate website, and as long as you have your interview letter you are good to go.

You're right about the information that they provide regarding the mailing. However, it was my understanding that you get the interview letter with the packet 4. Correct me if I am wrong.

Any idea on how much in advance they send those?

We have rescheduled our K-3 interview from April 22, 09 to May 26, 09.

Can anyone please let us know when we may get the packet 4 since:

1. They say they have sent it more than two weeks ago

2. We still haven't received it

3. One operator told my wife that it's sent roughly a month in advance...

It's a bit of confusing and she needs the letter to get the passport office PCC and medical done.

What documents my wife need to take with her to get the PCC from the Ahmedabad Passport office? She has the other PCC already.

The other question is, we were originally scheduled for 4/22 but we can't make it to that appointment so we rescheduled for 5/26. If the Passport office requires the appointment letter, can we just take the old (4/22) while we are waiting for the newer to arrive?

I need to know a few things.

I'm following K3 route. My wife has a new passport with married name.

VJers suggested that I use married name of my wife on the DS-230 part I. If I do that, then I also need to fill in the item 14, right? And if I do, then I am counted as someone coming to the US. I am actually a USC in USA.

Please help me out--it's urgent.

Contact your senator. I would also call USCIS in the morning, speak to the robot, and then ask for a supervisor and explain the situation. Try calling first thing in the morning it will be easier to get through and get a supervisor.

I was worried about you and wondering where you went. It's good to hear from you man. I am sorry to hear that you are still feast fighting between NVC and USCIS. I suggest you should try contacting lawyer, I am sure they'll be able to help you out quicker then anyone else in this matter. Also, try making Infopass appointment if you can and see what's going with your case. Let me know if I can help you with anything. I'll keep you in my prayer. Keep in touch.

Infopass is one thing I haven't done and in fact, I just scheduled one for Monday. Let's see what they have to say. Last time I went there before approval, they pretty much laughed at me saying Vermont is the one that approves, not us. So they should know. I tell you, they're just not liking me at all!

You'll definitely know if there's anything good out of this. Lawyer is my next and last option after Infopass.

So, VSC says they sent it...NVC says they dont have it and no one can give you a da#n answer?!
